Not much I can really say except that Im more than happy with all aspects of my shopping experience at etrailer.com. The website was a breeze to use, I received the product quickly with free shipping I might add, the prices were the best I could find anywhere and installation of the tow hitch was quick and painless. As for the hitch itself, Im extremely happy with it as well. Its hardly visible on my sedan Saab 9-3 and fit into my cars existing slots like a glove. Lets face it....when it comes to having a tow hitch on a sedan, the most important factor would probably be how visible the square is when nothing is attached and was quite nervous about how this hitch would look on my car. Well, as it turns out, the hitch is very well hidden and Im very glad I went ahead and had it installed.
