I initially ordered my hitch from another on-line company whose site name would suggest they were affiliated with the manufacturer. I was informed several days later that "the hitch was back ordered from the factory and would take 3 weeks or longer to ship." I cancelled the order, and ordered from etrailer where the representative told me the hitch was in stock and would be shipped within 48 hours.
