I found what I was looking for very quickly and the questions I had regarding the component I wanted to purchase were answered without a lot of endless pointing and clicking. The "after the sale follow-up" was excellent, to say the least. I placed my order in the early morning hours of Feb. 8 and received a comprehensive order (to include a picture of the component I ordered) confirmation email shrtly thereafter. I received another email in the afternoon of Feb. 9 letting me know my component was to be shipped "in 24-48 hours". Approximately 4 hours later, I received an email from TJ on your customer service team advising me that my order had been shipped already! He provided me with a link to track it, my order #, and his email address in case I had any questions or concerns. etrailer.com has an easy web site to shop on, very good prices, they handled my order in a timely fashion, and indicate their willingness to assist customers after the sale. The whole experience has made me feel like a well serviced customer. That isn't common these days!! And by the way, my purchase was for a $15.00 item, not an expensive or highly profitable item at all and they treated me better than the company I bought my $2100.00 TV from!
