I ordered my hitch Hidden Hitch for my Toyota Sienna Van on a Monday and it was delivered on Friday. It was professionally packaged and all the parts were included. The package the bolts came in were taped inside the receiver for the hitch. I was able to install the hitch in about an 1 hour by self. I did not have to lower the muffler, as there was enough play in the rubber hanger to allow me to maneuver the hitch into place. The hitch then sat on top of the muffler, which allowed to secure it with one of the bolts. I then went to the other side and was able to lift the hitch and get another bolt in place. I did have to use a small breaker bar to help me line up the last two bolts on both sides that are closest to the front of the van, but this was no big deal. The use of ramps to raise the van and a floor jack to lift the hitch would have made the job easier, but I was to lazy to go down and drag them up from the basement. You also need to careful that the bolts are lined up properly, because I can see how you can easily cross thread them as they are a tight fit. My experience with etrailer was fantastic and I would with out hesitation recommend this company.
