Just a quick thank you for offering great customer service and excellent products at etrailer.com. I recently recieved a trailer hitch for Christmas, and it was the wrong one. When I took it back to the locat parts house where is was purchased, I was told that the correct hitch for my 1999 Chevy Silverado would cost $179.00, after hastily getting a refund, I visited your website. I found the same-rated hitch for $99.95. Nervously, I entered my charge card number. Later in the week, I called to see the progress of my order, and was surprised to see that it had already shipped, and would be here in a few days. Sure enough the hitch arrived and the gentleman that had helped me on the phone had even called to see that the hitch had arrived. I installed the hitch in 1/2 hour, and it turned to be better bulit and a much better fit for my truck than the hitch produced by Valley, which consisted of a square steel tube that would mount under my bumper, by way of the frame. the Hidden Hitch actually contours around my spare, and ties into my bumper. An all around better product and better service, and did I mention $70.00 less. The only suggestion I can make is to integrate a UPS tracking system into your website so that your customers can confirm and see when their merchandise might arrive without calling.
