Man, this was the bomb! I ordered my hitch on Wednesday and I received on Tuesday July 1st. I was shocked it arrived so fast. I opened the box at 5:30 pm and by 6:45pm the same day I had the hitch installed and ready to use. I also ordered the wiring kit and by 7:30pm I had it installed too. Everything fit perfectly. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I installed everything by myself without any assistance and from ground level didn't have to jack the truck up. We got the shipment as promised. Everything was there, no missing pieces. The video on the web site was priceless, it gave me the confidence to rip off some of the trim on my brand new Caravan to get to the necessary places and replace the trim to its original condition! The hitch and wiring were installed in 3 hours only because it was my first hitch and we went reeeaaaallll slow to not make a mistake. The project went with out a hitch!! I recieved my Hidden-Hitch for my 2005 Toyota Matrix on Friday. It only took about 30 minutes to install the hitch and the wiring kit. Everything fit perfectly and had all needed hardware... the welds on the hitch are as perfect as you can get.... Hitch arrived for my 2008 Toyota Highlander, bolted right in in the time table receommended. Found the etrailer video excellent for both hitch and harness installations. Wiring took about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this product. We live in Alberta and could not find a wiring harness anywhere. The Chev dealership said they could get the relays in for about 80 dollars each, so we tried etrailer.com. The harness we ordered from etrailer was here in 8 business days, and cost very little. First, I placed my order at 11:00AM and 1.5 hours later I received confirmation that my hitch had shipped. It arrived the next day. I didnt use the expedited shipping, I just took the standard shipping. Fantastic service, great company. Second, the Draw-Tite hitch, P-N 75647, installed very easily and quickly as advertised. It looks great on my 2009 Murano. All parts are hidden except the receiver part. It looks like the factory hitch except its $300 less expensive.

Just got a hitch for my 2007 Honda CR-V and the install was very easy. The directions said it would be a 40 minute install but it only took about 30. You had to pull alot of plastic out in the cargo area to put the wiring harness on but it snapped right back in place.

Ordered my hitch Apr. 3-recieved it yesterday afternoon Apr. 8. Installed it today with minimum troubleIm 83 yrs. old and my wife was the only help I had. Took a little longer than 40 minutes. If I had someone to help me lift it, it would have been a snap. WELL PLEASED. I'll try the lightng kit tomorrow.

I received the hitch I ordered amazingly fast (2 days from order) and shipping upgrade just cost $7 for speeded up delivery! Unfortunately, it then decided to go from Spring back to Winter (life in the high country of the Colorado Rockies) and it took me a week to get at it. Install was a very, very precise fit, had to have a little patience to get the holes lined up, but they did and consequently, it is now one with my Pathfinder. Advice to other installers, the 4th hole that did not have a bolt in it (just 3 in the tie down) should have a bolt turned through it before you get the hitch in place (has factory paint and dirt in hole). On the negative side, the bizrate survey (yes, I was suckered by the $100. fish hook) only to find out it was just magazine subscriptions (why do you think I bought a hitch, to go read mags in the mountains, ha ha). Immediately after giving bizrate my email address, I started geting a lot of junk mail I had never had before. Now biz rate keeps sending me $100. offers to tell them I received the hitch and to fill out their survey. Just ask me yourself; your whole ordering, delivery, install instructions and fit were a 10 out of 10. I will use you again and recommend you to other camper owners! Thanks Gary

I ordered a bike rack and multi-use ball mount for my 5th wheel trailer. The bike mount was exactly what I needed but the special ball mount was a super find. I pull a 4 wheeler on a trailer behind and the ball mount works fantastic, This is a great set up, and it was shipped within 3 days to boot. A++ for etrailer.

I have limited trailering experience, & that is several decades out of date! Of all the sites I looked at, yours left me feeling the most confident that I was choosing the right products for my somewhat oddball needs - a PT Cruiser and a small utility trailer. I like that you dont have Handling Fees as some others do. I want to know the costs up front. I could have purchased a hitch elsewhere for less, but not after the hidden charges were added in! I ordered the Hidden hitch and wiring relays for my 2008 Titan on a Tuesday and they were sitting in my carport when I got home Thursday. The install took about 30 minutes with no big problems. I did have to use a small crowbar to align the front attachment holes with the frame holes but I expect that with anything thats been welded. Quality looked great with a really good finish. This was my first order from etrailer but Ill go there first from now on for my Titan parts. Also, within two hours of ordering, I received an email that the parts were in stock and then another email telling me they had shipped with the tracking information included.

Couldnt be easier, shipment arrived within 3 days. I fitted the hitch in about 30 minutes plus 30 extra minutes for removal of a siezed 14mm bolt on the pickup and saved myself at least a couple of hundred dollars in the process. Thank you for great follow up and communication.

I ordered a new hitch and wiring harness kit through etrailer.com. I spoke with a pleasant service representative, and she took my information. She told me that she would e-mail me the confirmation of the order, then another e-mail would be sent when the order was shipped. I received both of these e-mails within 1/2 of an hour after our phone conversation. I was also told that my order would be at my house within 2-3 business days. This was a Tuesday evening around 7pm and the hitch was here the very next day before 24 hours were up. I was very amazed. My order was exactly right. All needed hardware was included. The instructional video is helpful for those who may not know how. I do work on cars for a living and I did not need the video, but it was a very nice touch to a wonderful experience.
