Gooseneck Trailer Hitch

A gooseneck trailer hitch is designed for use in a pickup truck similar to a Fifth Wheel hitch. The difference is that the gooseneck hitch uses a ball and coupler instead of a kingpin and pin receiver. Typically, the trailers that are most commonly used for this type of gooseneck hitch is a horse trailer. They are also popular for use with car haulers and skid loader trailers because gooosenecks are easier to tow than a standard trailer and do not require the use of weight distribution systems. Gooseneck hitches are offered in a few types of configurations, they are designed to be mounted above or below the trucks pickup bed. Either design (above or below) allows for minimal obstruction when the ball is not in the towing position. There are also gooseneck hitches available which attach to fifth wheel rails making it easy to transition from towing a fifth wheel trailer to a gooseneck trailer.

The Valley Odyssey is the easiest to install Proportional Brake Control available, as it automatically self levels and comes with a quick disconnect so it can be transferred between vehicles or stored out of sight when it is not in use. The newest, brightest and most forward thinking brake control available for trailer towing. The Odyssey continually adjusts for varying road conditions, changes in terrain and braking situations. When the tow vehicle's brakes are applied, the Odyssey brake control senses the rate of deceleration and applies the correct amount of brake power for a smooth and seamless stop. The Odyssey requires no manual adjustment, offers polarity protection, is self diagnostic, does not interfere with the vehicles anti-lock brakes, supports from 2 - 8 brake systems, and installs easily in any position. The Odyssey is also built to last and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

The Journey HD is a feature packed controller at a great price. It offers many features not found on many similarly priced brake controls. Separate thumb wheel controls allow for full adjustability of both the output power and reaction time settings. Full power override capability and stop lamp activation are incorporated into the manual activation lever to provide safe stopping for trailers with electric brake systems. Some of the additional features include solid state dependability, no leveling needed, polarity protection, self-diagnostic, manual override lever provides stop lamp activation, does not interfere with anti-lock brakes, supports 2 - 8 brake systems, easy installation, and a limited lifetime warranty.

An affordable brake control with ample power, the Journey trailer brake control offers adjustable power output and adjustable reaction time settings. The Journey's compact solid state design can be mounted in any position and provides trouble-free stopping for trailers with electric brake systems. The Journey also offers an LED indicator, short circuit detection, no leveling required, it is self-diagnostic, manual override lever provides stop lamp activation, it does not interfere with anti-lock brakes, supports 2 - 4 brake systems, has a 5 year limited warranty, and is easy to install.

Constructed of heavy duty steel and powder coated to be weather resistant, the Valley line of cargo carriers are the perfect tool for carrying your extra gear without having to cram it into the passenger space of your vehicle. Valley cargo carriers come in fixed frame and folding models which allow the basket to be raised up when not in use. These carriers are very easy to use, they simply slide into the receiver tube of your trailer hitch and instantly increased the hauling capability of your vehicle. If you need to add even more space for your gear, or if you need the hitch for a bike rack or towing, Valley also offers a Roof Mounted Cargo Basket. It is light weight so it can be quickly installed to add the extra cargo room you need, but it is made of sturdy tubular steel so you know it will last.
