Good fast service! Great value for the money. Received a defective Modulite trailer wiring harness. Not E-Trailer's fault, it was bad out of the box. E-Trailer sent me a new one right away no charge! Just followed instructions for return of the bad one, printed up prepaid UPS shipping label from my e-mail to send the bad one back, and I was done!
