Haven’t used it yet, but looks good. I’m not sure what height offset I need, so this kit gives me several options, plus two ball sizes. Really good value.
Ball mount kit arrived quickly (within a few days) upon placing order online. Parts were shipped loose in box and bottom flap on box was open when received. Fortunately, all the parts were still in box and in good condition. Kit includes ball mount hardware I need to pull trailers with different hitch heights.

Strong and seems to be well made and well finished. One-inch ball mounting hole. I used this for a Curt hitch mounted on a 2014 Forester and pulls a small Harbor Freight trailer. Perfect height and trailer is level. Warning - don't get their hitch pin, it does not have a hole for a cotter pin, only a weak clip that I would not trust.

Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball - 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs
I have two of these. My first I bought two years ago. I very highly recommend this Curt Class III Ballmount 2" Drop because of its price, durability and quality. I towed various class 3 loads with ease and confidence with this ballmount. It slides into the hitch and does its job without fail. It looks excellent after towing a load. etrailer's price is about as good as it gets and delivery is very speedy.

Just your basic ball mount, the product is just like most 2” Hitch ball mounts, the service wasn’t very good though. Ordered on June 15th (product was in stock) took them 6 days to send it out, took another 6 days in shipping and got all the way to my post office two days before leaving on vacation (I needed it for the vacation) and the post office said “box was empty and they notified seller” etrailer sent a new one (got here a week after my vacation) in a damaged box (packaging is horrible, little bit of paper in a box with a 5 lbs ball mount) almost lost this one too. I don’t believe I’ll be using etrailer in the future (had issues before)
Looks & works great. Easy to install. Make sure you order or have a locking pin and ball to go with it.

Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 7,500 lbs
I am using the hitch for a car dolly and a bike rack. The fit is a little loose for the bike rackmI'll see it really works when get on the road.
Quality is excellent. However, it did not work so I am not sure what to do with it. I thought I could use the top hitch for a Bike rack and pull a utility trailer with other toys. The trailer is too close to make a turn so good try but not able to use it. Thank you for asking. I did not open the box for a while because I was having the trailer worked on so assumed I waited too long to return.

Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 10,000 lbs
Makes for a great hard-core dirt road set up with a 3000 pound trailer, in conjunction with the Curt rocker ball, Towing with an F150 over many miles of washboards, down through washes where the road was washed out, etc. Really makes for a gentler set up on the equipment in the trailer and the truck. My usage of your hitch is a bit unusual, I think. I pull a two ton roller with my Ram and I've used your cushioned hitch to smooth out the process. The roller Lunette just dropped over a 2" ball and then banged and jerked on the ball neck. Check out the photos for my adaptation.. I can flip it over and use the 2" ball! Have enclosed some photos. The cushion is holding up very well and it takes a beating!! Thanks

Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" Trailer Hitches
Picked up my teardrop in ABQ on 2/17/23, and the Curt ball mount lined up perfectly with no drop/rise, and the extra length gave clearance for my rear door mounted spare tire. This mount is a beast, and the "overbuilt" nature of it gave me confidence that my Bronco would tow the teardrop easily. I also got the Curt Echo wireless brake controller, which synced easily to my phone and was easy to install, set up, and use. Overall a great towing experience, thanks to etrailer and Curt!
Works great used for 3 different trailer we have handy it's heavy well made.

Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches - 2" Ball - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7.5K
There were some UPS delivery issues, damaged in shipment. But, etrailer.com jumped right on sending out another shipment after it was apparent that UPS would not complete the delivery. The installation took longer, maybe 1-1/2 hours, because I did not have all my tools ready and I was working on the concrete floor in the dark to outside with a portable shop light. Everything fit well and it looks great. The 2" drop ball mount was the perfect height for my 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I love the look of the Curt black insert that makes the hitch looks like it belongs on the car, nothing embarrassing at all. Anything negative? Maybe. The flat plate was a little difficult to hook onto with the UHaul safety chains on a 5x8 trailer. That's hardly a negative, though, and I wouldn't have spent more on another brand choice because of this. Happy happy!
Great fit and finish on this kit. So nice to be able to tow things with my Forester now. I thought I had an issue but figured out it was user error pretty quick, but only after I contacted etrailer for help. I heard back within 30 minutes of emailing and by that time I figured out my blunder. They were extremely helpful and responsive and were set on fixing the problem I thought I had. With good information from the website it was easy to order a Curt 2" Trailer Hitch, the Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter Hardwire Kit w/ 4-Pole Connector and Circuit Tester - 119178KIT, Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches (3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 10-1/4" Long - 7,500 lbs - D-4), Curt Pin and Clip Hitch Receiver - C21500, Rubber Tube Cover for 2" Trailer Hitch Receivers - I-728,Review, and 2" hitch ball 40038. Parts were delivered earlier than the initial estimate. Self installation (on a sloped drive way) took just under 2 hour. The fit of parts was very good, instructions and on-line video's were very helpful. My Kia did not have the wire plug in option, but the splice connections in the wire kit were easy to install. Most of the parts are hidden from view when the ball mount is not used.
I have a custom made tow guard. The ball mount I have was too short to allow me to attach the tow guard to my new truck. I searched the web and found just what I needed at etrailer.com. Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2-3/4" Rise, 4" Drop - 9" Long - 7.5K
Working in the sand and grass of my driveway my wife and I installed our new etrailer receiver hitch. Great fit and finish! Went right on as described in the online guide. Hitch required a spacer washer on top back bolt attachment point. Taped it on so it would not move while lifting in place and it stayed right there! Used a car jack to raise up and hold the hitch into the underside of the trunk tighten the bolts and reattached the tail pipe done. Now we can pull our Sunfish Sailboat any where the car will go.
I am very pleased with the hitch, ball mount, and electrical package. All were easy to install if you follow the easy to understand directions. An added plus for putting one of these on a MINI is that the hitch can be hidden behind the "black plate/cover" that is on the rear bumper. It looks just like it came out of the factory except when to need to install the ball mount. The service has been outstanding. This is the place to go.

Curt Ball Mount w/ Sway Control Tab for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs
I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.
The ball mount was a complete failure even after a lengthy discussion on the phone. I wanted a ball mount that would accept the rocker ball and anti-sway bar. The bar sent to me can't be used this way. An email and phone message to the sales person I ordered with, got no response.

The 3” drop is perfect for a stock 4x4 Silverado 1500. I can tow my small trailer as well as my full size tandem axle trailer without changing hitches/balls. Just what I wanted.
Love being able to have access to both 2" & 2-5/16" balls without having to haul around 2 hitche's and then the height may not be right. When I'm not using I can leave it or stow it with very little effort.

Curt Fusion Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2" Ball - 2-1/4" Drop - 7,500 lbs
Purchased for a 2006 Jeep liberty. the only issue I have is that it connects right below the spare tire, making trailer attachment more difficult that it should be. If I had gotten a slightly longer hitch, wouldn't have been an issue. It's not a deal breaker, and the hitch itself has works perfectly.
I haul a 5.5x10 open trailer w/ a 900 lb. ZTR, a push mower, and a handful of other tools 3 days a week. It is what it is. It does the job, no problem. A little finish wear and rust on the ball, but nothing major. I LIVE ON A DIRT ROAD, which is probably responsible for the wear.

I purchased this hitch for my 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 which has the multiple tailgate. The hitch was in the stow position but still damaged my tailgate when I had the tailgate fully down and used the step feature. it bent the metal and scratched the paint. So please be aware this hitch is not recommended for the 2024 GMC sierra 3500 with multiple tailgate.
About a year ago, I bought a new to me truck that needed a 2.5" hitch. I love this 3 in 1 setup. I really like that it stows and I can always have it back there. I haven't used the 1 7/8" yet, but there are plenty of old trailers out there that would need it at some point. I have used the 2" & 2 5/16" plenty. It's sturdy, looks good, and is super convenient, what's not to like about it.

This ball mount gives you the option to pull a trailer with an 1-7/8-inch ball, a 2-inch ball, or a 2-5/16 ball depending on your trailer. Before fitting our ball mount into the vehicle well need to get our hitch height measurement. To do this, well measure from the ground to the top of the ball mount platform. Now on this vehicle, that measurement is 14-3/4 inches. Keep in mind, the measurement can change due to tire size, hitch style or any other accessory that may change your vehicles ride height, so its a good idea to go ahead and measure your vehicle.
Andersen Rapid Hitch Ball Mount Review - 2013 Dodge Durango
Today, on our 2013 Dodge Durango will be test fitting Part Number AM3410, this is the Rapid Hitch Adjustable Aluminum Ball Mount Kit with Two Chrome Ball. This ball mount is capable of towing up to 10,000 pounds with a maximum drop distance of 5-1/2 inches or a maximum rise of 6 inches. The ball mount will adjust in one inch increments between those two measurements. We'll now go ahead and slide the shank of our ball mounted to the hitch, line up our hitch pinhole and install our hitch pin. We can then put the clip on the other side of the pin, securing the ball mount to the vehicle. In the full drop position, our ball is sitting 9 inches from the ground.
