Need to Reposition Spare Tire when Installing Curt Class IV # 14250 on 140 Inch Wheelbase Sprinter- According to Curt Manufacturing, the # 14250 Class IV receiver can be installed on the 140 inch single (not dual) rear wheel model without the need to relocate the spare tire. It is only the 118 inch wheelbase models that would require the spare tire to be relocated.

Is Drilling Required to Install a Curt Trailer Hitch on a 2011 Freightliner Sprinter 2500- In the instructions which I have linked for you, Curt states that drilling is required on 2500 models but not 3500 models when installing trailer hitch # 13255. If you plan on doing some towing with your new hitch, I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit, # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin and clip, and a carrying bag.

Will the Draw-Tite Hitch # 75210 fit a 2006 Dodge Sprinter with a Factory Step Bumper- The Draw-Tite Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # 75210, is for a 2006 Dodge Sprinter with a 140 inch or 158 inch wheelbase and either single or dual rear wheels. It will not fit the 118 inch wheelbase vehicle.
To fit the Sprinter with the dual rear wheels the width between the frame rails will need to measure 35-1/4 inches.

Will Receiver on Hitch Extend Beyond Step Bumper When Installed on 2005 Freightliner Sprinter- On a vehicle equipped with the step bumper, the front face of the receiver will extend a bit beyond the step bumper. All of the hitches offered for that vehicle use similar mounting locations and will be of similar dimensions.
Installing the hitch will not interfere with the spare tire.
