I went out into our warehouse and measured a Redline Trailer Fender # J101936 and found that from the ground straight up to the midpoint of the radius it measures 17-3/4 inches and measured from where the leg touches the ground to the midpoint of the radius it measures 19 inches. Based on the measurements you have provided it sounds as if the Fulton plastic fenders, # F008575-2, are slightly larger than your existing fenders. The fenders in the pictures you have provided are very similar to Fulton fender # F008561. The main difference is that the Fulton fender has a top step. The mounting hardware used on your existing fenders can be reused and it does not appear that you would have to modify the brackets that are welded to your trailer frame. What are the Cut Outs for on the Back of Trailer Fender # PF11X35W-2
If you look at some of the other pictures of Fender # PF11X35W-2 you will see that it has somewhat of a cut out on either side at the back but they are for the included mounting brackets. The same goes for the Fulton fenders but they do not come with mounting brackets. Clearance lights can be surface mounted to the outside of the fenders. Rectangular lights measuring from 2-1/2 to 4 inches long seem to be the most popular for this application.

Availability of Mounting Brackets for Fulton Trailer Fender # F008572
Although not an exact match, the part # PF1135-BKT-2 brackets would work well for mounting the fenders onto a boat or other open sided trailer. The brackets use U-bolts that attach to the trailer frame, the fenders then mount to the brackets as shown in the photo I provided. The holes in the bracket do not match up with the mounting holes in the fender, but new holes could easily be added to the bracket. The brackets are sold two to a set. For two fenders, you would need two sets.

The Aluminum Tread Plate fender you referenced, part # J101733AT is designed as a weld-on application, therefore mounting brackets are not included. We do not carry any mounting brackets specifically designed for these fenders, you would probably need to have brackets fabricated and welded to the fender in order to stiffen it and provide a larger mounting surface. The inside lip of the fender is only 1/2 an inch wide, which would not provide enough room to securely bolt the fender in place.

The color choices on the Fulton fenders like # F008561 are limited to white, # F008541, black # F008551, and gray. The fenders can be painted but the paint will not stick well so it will not last long. This is because of the polyethylene the fenders are made from. It is not an ideal surface for paint to stick to. I checked out the master tow dolly 80THD online and it looks like the Fulton Plastic Fender, item # F008554, will mount to the brackets on the tow dolly, as long as the wheels on the tow dolly are no larger than 14 inches. I did a little research and found that the model 8000 Snowbear trailer had a fender that is a little different than the Fulton Plastic Fender, # F008550. The Fulton fender has a fender skirt while the Snowbear OEM one does not. If you are looking to have this style of fender with a fender skirt, then you will need to make sure there is enough clearance inside the fender for the tire so that it does not rub the fender skirt. If your tires are more than 7 inches wide, the fender will not fit.

If you measured the width of the fender including the radius lip portion of the fender it is 10 inches wide everywhere. It is not narrower at the top. If you wanted to use bolts to attach these Redline Trailer Fenders, part # F9X32-1RWB, to your trailer instead of welding it you could. As long as you used enough bolts to secure this fender to your trailer you would not have a problem using bolts to install it instead of welding. I would recommend you use Loctite Threadlocker 242, part # LT37477, on the nuts and bolts to help prevent them from vibrating loose and causing the fenders to detach from your trailer while driving.
