I spoke with my contact at DeeZee and he said that the trailer hitch mount game hanger # DZ760088 can break down to 4 pieces, the longest of which is about 5 feet long. The piece at the top that would hold the game is the most awkward piece to store because of its 90 degree bends and the wide arm. It would be a very tight fit in a Jeep Wrangler, even if broken down as much as you could.
