I called Highland and they said that they do not use hooks or grommets to attach the floor mats to the carpet. They said that the Highland Floor Mats, # 46021, are custom fit for the that particular vehicle so they do not have room to slide around. They also said that the back or underside of the mats have grooves in it that prevent sliding and help keep the floor mats in place.

The floor mats for the Jayco Redhawk (Ford E-Series/Van) are all designed for models with carpet flooring. That said, we still seen plenty of customers use them on models with the vinyl flooring which is most popular.
