Locking Diversi-Tech Adjustable Ball Mount Recommendation for a 2012 Ford Super Duty- The Self-Locking, Adjustable, Aluminum Ball Mount # DTALBM6425 that you referenced is designed for 2-1/2 inch hitch openings, and while it does appear to be a 2 inch ball mount with a sleeve on it, it will work just fine on a 2-1/2 inch hitch. The portion that looks like a sleeve is not removable and does not offer any movement so it really should not be an issue.
This ball mount has a locking mechanism that would prevent theft. I have personally handled this ball mount several times and the

What is the Correct Ball Mount for Curt Trailer Hitch C11227 on a 1994 Toyota Celica ST- This is actually a lot easier to determine than you might think. With any Class I or II trailer hitch you will need to use the ball mount recommended in the hitch instructions. The use of any other ball mount can result in voiding the hitch warranty. The reason is that on Class I and II hitches the ball mount recommended has been tested for and approved for use as the best option for those hitch and vehicle combinations.

Bolt Holes of Pintle Mount # 63056 Matching Up with Mounting Holes of Spare Tire Carrier # TR-1- As you can see in the photo, the bolt holes of the # 63056 and the # TR-1 and # UF15-954730 will not match up.
Although you could drill additional holes in the tire mount that would match up with those of the pintle mount, the two pieces really are not meant to work together.
Another concern I have is that the Ultra-Fab and Stromberg Carlson spare tire tire carriers are meant to be used for trailer tires which are typically smaller and lighter than wheels/tires used on a car, truck or SUV.

Is it Necessary to Grease the Hitch Balls on Diversi-Tech Multi-Ball Mount DTSTBM6600-3S- It is always a good idea to use a little hitch ball grease like # 58117 on top of the ball before towing, as it helps extend the life of the ball and the closing mechanism on the trailer coupler. The lubrication allows grit to slide around more, instead of just grinding directly into the metal.
If you are referring to lubricating the point where the ball attaches to the ball mount, then this would not be necessary according to Diversi-Tech, because both parts are stainless steel and will not

Does Using an Extra Long Ball Mount Reduce the Tongue Weight Capacity of a Trailer Hitch- The use of an extension cuts the tongue weight capacity of a hitch down by 50 percent. So for example if the tongue weight capacity of the hitch is 350 pounds, by using an extension it would be only 175 pounds. This is because of the extra length AND because there are more pivot points between the trailer and the hitch receiver.
The use of a longer ball mount does not cut the tongue weight capacity down as drastically as an extension. Though it can potentially decrease it some, it would not b
