• The Stowaway Max is an enclosed cargo carrier but we do not carry it. We do have the Rola enclosed cargo carrier, # 59110, for a fixed arm, tilting version. We also have a swing away version, # 59109. I have included links to videos on each of these carriers for you. We also have the Thule enclosed cargo carrier, # TH665C. • Presumably, the model number of the actuator will be stamped into the metal of the casing. This can wear down and/or get painted over after many years of service. • Brake Line Length for the Lines in the Hydraulic Single Axle Line Kit # 9504
• There are 3 brake lines included in the Hydraulic Line Kit, item # 9504. The longest is 180 inches, and the two that are designed to run from the T to each wheel are 30 inches and 72 inches long. Normally the hydraulic lines are ran down the left side of the trailer and the longer line is ran to the right side of the trailer. If the lines are too long, the line can be cut and flared with a double flaring tool or coiled, top down, to remove some of the length.

• What Are the Dimensions of Thule Replacement U-Bolt, # TH02943
• I went out to the warehouse and measured a Replacement U-Bolt, # TH02943. The center to center distance between each end of the u-bolt is 4 inches. It is 2 inches deep in the center. The cross bars on your Volvo XC90 would have to be smaller than those dimensions in order for these u-bolts to fit. The Car-Go cargo box is not made anymore so I cannot test this u-bolt with the knobs it used. But I can tell you that this u-bolt uses an M6 (6mm) knob like # 753-0783.

• To my knowledge, part # 853-5269 is the only tamper-proof fastener that Thule uses on their crossbars. If the fastener on the crossbars looks like the photo shown in the product description, this would be the correct wrench. This particular bolt looks like a Torx head with a pin in the center.
