How Does the MAF Sensor Install into the AFE Cold Air Kit for the 2011 Ford Expedition- If you have not already, you are going to need to remove the 2 T-20 Torx screws that hold the MAF sensor in your factory air box and then reinstall it into the new tube of your AFE Cold Air Intake # AFE51-11622-PV.

Is a Programmer Needed to Use the AFE Cold Air Intake System on a 2009 Ford F-250- A programmer is not necessary to use the AFE Direct Fit Cold Air Intake System, # AFE75-11262. Once this intake system is installed, you will not need to add any other components unless you want to improve your engine performance beyond the capabilities of the intake system. Does aFe Cold Air Intake System # AFE51-10031 Come with a Heat Shield for a 2004 Ford Escape- The aFe direct fit cold air intake system, # AFE51-10031, comes with everything you see pictured. It does not include a 16-gauge, powder coated steel heat shield that replaces the stock air box, though, because it is not required. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
To clean the included filter, I recommend using the aFe cleaners, # AFE90-59999. These cleaners are specifically designed to clean the aFe filters.

Is Tuning Required on a 2007 Ford Mustang GT 4.6 Liter After Installation of a Pro Dry S Air Intake- The aFe Pro Dry S Direct Fit Cold Air Intake System, # AFE51-10292, will not require special engine tuning if you are installing it on a factory stock 2007 Ford Mustang.
If you were to upgrade to a larger throttle body spacer, like the aFe Silver Bullet direct-fit throttle body spacer, # AFE46-33006, the Pro Dry S filter will still fit. This spacer is about 1 inch thick. If you used another brand of throttle body spacer that is over 1 inch thick that could cause a fit issue.

Installation of the AFE Stage 2 Pro SI Cold Air Intake System on a 2007 Ford F-150- I spoke with my contact at AFE to inquire about the modification you have made by installing a piece of the old air intake to direct air directly into the air box.
He said that normally the trim seal is used to eliminate most of the gap but that the alteration you have made will most likely provide a small amount of extra airflow.
