Trailer Brakes Lock Up Using a 6-Way to 7-Way Adapter on a 2006 Toyota Sequoia- There are 2 ways to wire a 6-Way connector. Either the brake output will be in the middle or the 12 volt power will be in the middle. Adapters are normally one way or the other. It is permissible to swap the blue and clack wires like they told you.

Rewiring an Airstream Trailer with New Wiring Harness, LED Tail Lights, and Reverse Lights- First, when you are looking at trailer wiring like # A35W42B it is always better to get one that is longer than you think you will need because you can always cut it shorter if needed and use the extra wire for something else.
Since your trailer has reverse lights, if you need them to function you will need to have a 5-Way wiring harness on the vehicle and trailer. First, for the trailer side, you could use the 40 foot long harness # A40W5B. The blue wire, which would be used for the reverse

This can be difficult if the reverse lights are on the hatch. Trailer Hitch and Wiring Recommendations for a 2010 to 2012 Kia Soul- First, you will want to consult the owners manual of your Kia Soul to determine if it can be used for towing. Some vehicles can have a trailer hitch, but only use it with something like a bike rack. The owners manual should have the specifics on the capabilities of your vehicle.
On a 2010 to 2012 Kia Soul, there are 3 trailer hitch options. If you determine it can be used for towing I reocmmend the Hidden Hitch, # 60256, because it comes with a ball mount, hitch pin, and clip. You would need

Can a 4-Way Flat on a Truck Be Used with a Trailer 5-Way Flat without Connecting Extra Wires- I recommend using the Adapter # 47515 or # 20036 and not connecting the extra blue wire to anything on the truck. On a 5-Way flat connector, the extra blue wire is normally for an electric reverse lockout which you find on a lot of boat trailers.
The brakes on the trailer are probably hydraulic with a reverse lockout on the coupler. The blue wire sends power from a reverse light circuit to a solenoid on the coupler that does not allow fluid to pass through to the brakes when the vehicle is in

Recommendation For Brake Controller and Installation on 1990 Chevrolet 454SS Truck- For your 1990 Chevrolet 454SS Truck, the brake controller I would recommend is the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller, part # 90885. This is a proportional brake controller that will apply power to your trailer brakes in proportion to your trucks braking. A brake controller has a red wire that is connected to the cold side of your brake pedal switch of your vehicle. It is not directly connected to the brake pedal itself. When the brake pedal is applied it will send a signal to the trailer bra

You would first need to wire the vehicle for lights. You can do this with diodes which would be a good idea since it is a more permanent solution and it sounds like you will be towing the truck often. You can use the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power

Adding 12 Volt Power to a Jayco Camper Towed by a 2006 Ford F-150 with Factory 4-Way- Since the trailer you have is a Jayco, the Adapter 4 Way Flat to 6 Way Square, # 30104, should fit the truck and pop up camper just fine. However, this adapter is taking the basic lighting functions from the 4-Way on the truck and converting them to the configuration used by the Jayco plug.
