Replacement Trailer Tires for a 3,880 Pound Travel Trailer with Under Rated Tires Installed- Just about every tire manufacturer has moved operations over seas so finding a trailer tire made in the USA would be very difficult. For tire size 205/75-14 you can use # AM10234. This is a radial load range C tire rated for 1,760 pounds at 50 psi. On a single axle, the capacity would be 3,520 pounds. This is 360 pounds lower than the gross trailer weight you stated.
In order to get to a high enough capacity you would have to change to a 15 inch tire in a load range D, # AM10245. That means

Why Do the Tires on a Dual Axle Trailer Wear Differently- If the rear axle trailer tires are supporting more of the weight of the trailer then they would wear out faster. There are couple of adjustments that could be made to try to even out the load on the trailer. The first would be to more evenly distribute the weight on the trailer, and secondly make sure that the trailer is being towed in a level position.
The first adjustment that you could make would be to redistribute the weight on your trailer. Ideally you would want to move some of the wei

This tire has a 6 ply rating. The tires we carry, unless otherwise stated on the tire itself, are rated for 65 miles per hour.
One important tid bit of information that you should find helpful is that trailer tires should always be inflated to the maximum psi as indicated on the tire, in this case 90 psi. This is because trailer tires are made with a thicker sidewall and whe

Changing ST185/80-13 Tire Size on Shorelander Boat Trailer- Because the size of both tires is so similar, you can certainly use the # AM31952 as a replacement.
An ST185/80-13 tire will typically be slightly larger in diameter and width than an ST175/80-13 tire, but only by around 1/4 inch. Although the # AM31952 has a higher load rating than your existing tires, this higher rating will not provide any additional capacity over and above the capacity of your axle.
For instance, lets say that your boat trailer uses a 2,000 lb axle. Two of the # AM319

As long as your radial tires are properly inflated, the radial tires will have improved traction and better tread wear which in turn will give you a more stable ride.

What is the Speed Rating for a Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire- The tires we carry, like # AM10210, are rated for 65 miles per hour. Occasionally if you find yourself going 70 miles per hour it will not be much of a problem as long as you bring the speed back down within the limits of the tires. The faster you go the more heat is generated. Heat is the number one cause of trailer tire failures.
Trailer tires are constructed with a thicker sidewall and can thus generate more heat than a passenger car tire. This is troublesome when a trailer tire is under i

Should Trailer Axle be Changed from a Normal Axle to a Torsion Axle on Home Made Tear Drop Trailer- You can go to a torsion axle and different tires and wheels if you so choose. Radial or Bias Ply Wheel and Tire Combo for Boat Trailer- The only instance where we might conceivably recommend a bias ply tire over a radial tire would be for farm or agricultural use where the tire would primarily be used on non-paved surfaces. What is the Best Way to Determine the Correct Bearings on a Snowmobile Trailer- The definitive way to determine the bearings needed for any trailer is to remove the hub and inspect the bearings. The bearing numbers will be stamped into the metal of the bearings. Can Tacker Boat Trailer Tires, 175/80-13 be Replaced with 185/80-13 Tires- The reason that you are having blow outs is probably not the tire size, it is the type of tire. Passenger vehicle tires should not be used on trailers because they are not designed to handle that type of load. Trailer tires are designed with a thicker side wall to handle more vertical load. When properly inflated and used within their capabilities the tires will not blow out.
Trailer tires need to be inflated to the maximum psi indicated on the tire. That thicker side wall that gives the tire

How To Change To Smaller Wheel and Tires on Utility Trailer With 6-Lug 15 Inch Wheels- If the hub on your trailer has a 6-lug bolt pattern, the smallest tire size that will fit is the 15 inch tire size. There are no wheels smaller than 15 inch with a 6-lug bolt pattern.

The reason that narrower is better is because it provides more support for the tire. Since trailer tires handle more vertical load, the narrow wheel that offers more support is ideal.
