Model I first tried to order on competitive website (...), beginning on October 1st. The Drawtite hitch I wanted was on backorder. I switched to a Hidden Hitch, Ooops, also on backorder. Switched again to a Reese. They LOST that order, I reordered and guess what? Also on backorder. They never once followed through with a single promise made. One month later, no hitch. November 1st, 7:00 am. Ordered from etrailer.com. 7:05 am, received confirmation of received order. 8:00 am, rec'd email from a customer service rep that hitch was in stock and would ship within 24-48 hours.
