Model Great experience! Purchased: Draw-Tite hitch receiver, ball mount, and T-connector for my Hyundai Azera. Found what I wanted online, but called etrailer by phone to be sure. I found their representative very friendly and helpful, making sure the items were available I was in a hurry for immediate shipping. I placed my order Thursday afternoon, and everything arrived via UPS on Friday morning! I installed the wiring myself quite nicely, I must say, with no exposed wires by the simple plug and play that was custom made for my Azera and it fits on Highlanders too. The hitch receiver I left to my mechanic who only charged $40 cash. Total cost was $183 which was very inexpensive other places charge $200 only for the receiver!.
