• The best option that includes nearly all of the features you have described is the Master Lock Electric Trailer Winch, # 2953AT. It has a 2,000 pound capacity, 9 foot long remote, a freespooling clutch knob for fast cable out. But, it does have a cable and not a strap or other system. • Recommendation for Routing the Electric Winch Wiring on a Tilt Trailer Bed
  
• I recommend using some quick disconnects like # SW1551. This way you could tilt the bed, pull down the winch wiring, and plug it into the battery. You would need to stow the extra wire with the winch and be careful not to lower the bed on the wiring. If you can find some type of retractable wiring that allows for a heavy enough gauge of wire, that would be ideal.
