This post-style, fishhook mount system for roof-rack crossbars allows you to load 2 kayaks on your vehicle at once. Positioned on edge, kayaks secure to the vertical post with Heavy Duty Straps and to your vehicle with Bow/Stern Tie-Downs.

- On the back I would anchor to the hitch or the tow hooks underneath the vehicle. Up front, I would use the tow hooks welded or bolted to frame. Make sure you keep the straps away from anything that gets hot or moves as the straps could melt or be cut.
You may have to consider longer cross bars, like part # TH45058, to accommodate all 4 kayaks.

According to Yakima, this carrier is the only option for your 2003 Hummer H2. They did not list the Kayak Stacker, # Y04036, as a fit for you vehicle. Thule did not have any options.
