This is the second organizer I have owned. When they first came out they didn't have the velcro straps. This current version is great. It has plenty of room and stays put. One problem I had was that I had too much stuff in it and it would weigh down the visor. When I was driving along and hit a bump, the visor would come down due to the weight. I fixed this by putting some double-sided tape around the tip of the visor that fits into the small cradle that holds the visor and allows it to swing down creating more friction to keep it from falling.
