This filter offers ultimate protection for diesel systems without sacrificing flow. Its fabric, made of synthetic composite media, catches even the smallest dirt and rust particles. A wire coating surrounds the media for additional safeguarding against expansion and separation. To facilitate flow, a perforated tube runs through the center of the media. An anti-backpressure valve reduces damage during cold starts when oil is thick, and a Nitrile rubber gasket prevents leaking.

The outer canister on this filter braces it against high pressure with 600 pounds of burst strength. A thick coil spring protects any internal elements from the rush of oil. Finally, a 1/10" base plate supports the filter, adding extra strength to your filtration system. This filter will help you achieve improved engine performance as well.
