Although I was skeptical at first, this item did fit my 2012 GMC 2500HD Denali. Make sure you read through ALL the directions first, as there are different directions for different models...and because of that there will be parts left over. They provide different mounting parts for various types of bed supports. The fitting can be rather tight, such as the long 2-piece support bar that has to line up on it's bolt holes, so be prepared to pull on the main mounting bracket to get it to fit. 65727
