A contemporary design and unique, red paint finish make the SuperJoe a stylish way to transport two bikes on the trunk of your sedan, hatchback, minivan or SUV.
A QuickTrigger hub system takes the strain and frustration out of fitting the rack to your Mazda Miata. Just turn the dials to adjust the padded rack feet, and they conform to the contours of your Mazda Miata, providing solid footing for the rack.
The SuperJoe Pro attaches to your Mazda Miata with a built-in, six-strap system. The strap buckles are labeled to make setup a snap, and the hooks ensure that the bike rack is properly anchored to your Mazda Miata.
The bike rack includes StableCradle anti-sway cradles that hold your bikes securely in place with rubber straps. The cradles prevent the bikes from rocking back and forth during transport and also help keep them from hitting your Mazda Miata.
The narrowly spaced arms of the bike rack are perfect for loading bikes of varying shapes and sizes.
SuperJoe Pro comes with glass hatch hooks for installing the unit on Mazda Miatas with glass hatchbacks or gate mounts and on other hard-to-fit Mazda Miatas. These anchors replace the standard strap-and-hook assemblies on your bike rack and mount through the hatch opening of your Mazda Miata.

Not a bad rack. I think for people with hatchback cars, installation will be a slightly more difficult. I had to install different then it tells you to in order to get the rack to stay put. I have a '07 Scion tc and the side clips weren't staying on and I almost lost my bike on the ride home. I think its because I have a curvy trunk so they just slid down the the bottom every time. If you take the side clips and hook them on the bottom of the trunk directly next to the bottom clips, it sticks like glue!! Thus making it still a good sturdy rack! 83285
I have been searching for a bike carrier to fit my 2005 Hyundai Elantra 5-door hatchback for a few years. I finally discovered the SuperJoe Pro 2 bike carrier with the glass hatch adapters and couldn't be happier!
The SuperJoe Pro 2 is easy to setup and secure, and once it is installed and tightened it is extremely stable. No wiggling or swaying at all.
The hooks are all labeled (side, bottom, top, etc) so there isn't any frustrating guesswork, the glass hatch adapters are easy to install and very stable. I love having the extra straps to secure the wheels and keep them from spinning.
I would recommend this to anyone with a hard-to-fit vehicle like a hatchback.

I received the product and immediately put it to use. Installed in on my sedan as directed in the instructions. It was very easy to install, is very sturdy and provides a very secure environment for my bike. I use it daily to drive to the bike path for rides. It looks great as well.54322

Please pass to Lorraine that my car was a 2000 Mazda Millenia with no spoiler but there was sufficient room to accommodate one so it should work on her Camry. I see one of the Corollas has a spoiler in the comments also.

Ask the Experts about this Yakima Trunk Bike Racks
According to Yakima, the SuperJoe Pro 2 trunk mount bike rack, # Y02629, will fit your 2004 Mercedes E55. It has padded foam feet to protect vehicle paint, and integrated, anti-sway (StableCradle) cradles to hold bikes firmly in place. I have included a link to the installation details below.
Another rack that will fit is the QuickBack 2, # Y02621. This is Yakimas top of the line in the trunk mounted category. Besides its aesthetic appeal, this rack includes felt padding to protect the bikes, view full answer...
It is possible that the # Y02629 trunk mounted bike rack will fit your 2002 Toyota Camry, but it would depend on which type of spoiler your vehicle has installed.
If the spoiler is a lip style, meaning it looks like it is integrated into the trunk itself, you would probably not have an issue installing the SuperJoe 2-bike rack, as the arms should be able to fit around it. Please note that you should not use a trunk mounted rack if any part of the assembly comes in contact with the spoiler.

I checked the Yakima fit information for your vehicles, and unfortunately none of the trunk mounted bike racks they offer are recommended for a Jeep Compass. The SuperJoe Pro 2-bike rack # Y02629 would not work for your application, if you wished to switch it between both vehicles.
There is a similar trunk mounted bike rack by Thule, part # TH910XT, that would work for both your Jeep Compass and your Toyota Yaris. The Passage 2-bike trunk rack has some nice features like anti-sway cradles t view full answer...
Trunk mounted bike racks are not vehicle specific and will mount to the trunks of most cars. There are some instances when trunk mounted bike racks will not fit a vehicle though. I can recommend a trunk mounted bike rack that will fit your 2007 Saturn Aura, but the Yakima SuperJoe Pro 2 Bike Trunk Mounted Rack, part # Y02629 will not fit your vehicle.

There is a way to put a bike rack on your Toyota Tacoma without using a hitch, but it is not recommended to use a trunk mounted bike rack on a truck.
I would recommend a Thule Insta-Gater Truck Bed Single Bike Rack, part # th501. This rack provides an excellent alternative to a hitch mounted bike carrier, especially if your hitch is already being used for towing. It also attaches to the front wheel so it would not be necessary to remove the front wheel on the bike to mount it to the rack.

We do have a trunk mount bike rack that is compatible with your 2008 Infiniti EX35, but the Yakima SuperJoe Pro 2, # Y02629, will not fit. Instead, take a look at the comparable Thule rack, the Passage 2 Bike Carrier, # TH910XT. I have included a video review below. This rack has been rated to fit your vehicle and offers padded legs to protect vehicle paint, and cushioned anti-sway cradles to help keep bikes in place.

You will not need to make any modifications or need any extra parts to install the carrier. The only thing that could affect the fit is if you have an aftermarket spoiler on the trunk of your vehicle. Low profile factory spoilers work with this rack, on this view full answer...

That is a tough one, I can usually come up with some sort of recommendation but this one has me stumped. Any spare tire bike rack, see link, is going to use the same mounting location as your backup camera is using and any hitch mounted bike rack is going to block the view of the camera.

One suggestion I would like to make, is that a bike rack with frame mount cradles, like the Yakima QuickBack 3 Bike Trunk Mounted Rack, item # Y02622, would protect your bikes and the rear of your vehicle better. For your 1998 Mercedes CLK 320, a trunk mounted bike rack that fits your criteria would be the Yakima SuperJoe Pro 2 Bike Trunk Mounted Rack, # Y02629, that you have referenced. I contacted our representative at Yakima, and she informed me that a trunk mounted bike rack is not compatible with your 2001 Honda Accord Coupe because of the rear spoiler. To carry bikes on you 2001 Accord, you will either need to install a roof rack with roof mounted bike rack, or install a hitch and use a hitch mounted bike rack.
For a roof rack, I would recommend the Yakima Roof Rack, part # Y00695, # Y00408, # Y00124. You will need to order 2 of part # Y00695, which is the Q95 Q Clips f view full answer...

The Yakima SuperJoe Pro 2 Trunk Bike Rack, part # Y02629, is listed as fitting the 2010 Toyota Corolla 4-door WITHOUT a factory spoiler. Yakima does not test fit their trunk racks on vehicles with factory spoilers. So they can not say that it will work safely on your vehicle. For a trailer hitch on your 2006 Pontiac Torrent I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # 75681. There are bike rack solutions for your vehicle, but at this time it appears that a trunk mount rack is not a viable option. While Thule states that their racks should not be used if the vehicle has a spoiler, Yakima says that their racks are usually fine for use, provided that no part of the rack touches the spoiler when it is attached to the vehicle and the bikes are loaded on it.
