Versatile enough for almost any truck bed, the clamp works as a stabilizing point to keep your bikes and your truck moving as one. Got more than two bikes to tow? You only need to add on to this easy-to-install system.
An amazing system that holds up to three bikes in a pickup bed.
Please note: Bike rack clamp system will not work on 2005 and newer Nissan Frontier models with tie down track system in bed.
The system is clamped to the side rail of the pickup truck bed. If you have an over the rail bedliner, a 3" hole will need to be cut for installation. The provided locking bike cable prevents unauthorized removal of bikes and the carrier system.
This pickup truck bed bike rack system can expand to support up to 4 bikes.

I have a 1991 Toyota 4X4 pickup with an over the rail bedliner. Once hole was cut in the bedliner, it was very easy to install. Works great and easy to remove. I especially like that cap that is sent to cover the bedliner hole when the bike carrier is not in use. The videos of product demonstration on youtube are very helpful. I agree with previous reviews: the straps for the tires are useless- one tight turn in my truck with a bump and it let loose and my bike wheel was turned. Bungee cords are excellent instead. Also, the larger tubes on bikes don't fit in the holder, but I am able to attach everything to the seat posts without problems. Processing of my order and delivery were very fast! I even got a personal email from etrailer telling me my product had been delivered.37182

I like it but have a few complaints. 1) The clamps that come with the system are not big enough to work with bike frames that have large tubes. I have a mountain bike and had to clamp to the upright frame tube the seat post goes into. The clamp works there (or on the seat post) but I would like to have more mounting options. 2) The straps that come with the system for holding the front wheel in line with the frame are useless - plan on replacing them with small bungee cords. 3) Plan on using a bungee to hold the back wheel in place - even with the clamp nuts tightened as much as possible, if you hit a big enough bump there will be some up/down movement of the bike if you don't use a bungee. Even with these complaints I rate the system high. It was easy to install and works as I expected, and I was planning to use a bungee on the back wheel anyway. 35932

So far so good. I have used the rack one time to carry to a local bike trail and back. I agree with other users that have mentioned the issues with larger tubes, but I was able to make it work without much trouble. Bikes seemed to be secure and setup/takedown was a cinch. 31319

Grips could be made a little smarter to work with wider frame tubes, but otherwise a very functional product for pickup use.7108
