Today on this 2013 Chevrolet Silverado, we're going to do a test fit of part number HL15240. This is the Fifth Wheel Tailgate from Husky Liner. To start off the test fit, we already went ahead and removed the factory tailgate. Now, we'll go ahead and install the new Fifth Wheel Tailgate. Basically, it installs as the same way as the original tailgate. We'll start by installing the pin on the driver's side into the tailgate and we'll go to the passenger's side and we'll line up the slot and put it into place.
Okay, now we'll go ahead and just close it. To latch it in place, you may have to adjust the pin on the truck. You can see how the latch works. It goes up to the pin and locks into place and the ladder in the center tailgate unlocks it. You see it has a silver finish to it and it works nicely with the truck.
With that, that will finish it for part number HL15240, the Husky Liner's Premium Fifth Wheel Louvered Tailgate, on our 2013 Chevrolet Silverado.
