My other tail gate was stolen off my truck one night while it was parked in my drive way. I am glad to get the new Tailgate it is very similar to the one I had bought in North Carolina several years ago. The new one looks great and works well. I did not know another coat of pain should be applied until I read the instructions. Thanks for taking care of this order in a timely manner. Rick82766

This product fit perfectly. I was able to put it on my self in about 30 min. The tailgate is sturdy but not overly heavy. As a rancher, I needed something that was well made but low cost and this fit the bill perfectly. Will be recommending this to anyone who will listen. 57358

Great response; quick delivery. Tailgate was a breeze to install plus looks good on my 2004 Chevy 3500 dually. The only improvement I could suggest is to assure the hardware required is packaged better. Hardware was loose in box and a couple of teflon locking nuts fell out prior to me even opening the box. One was missing but it is an easy part to replace; just an inconvenience to have to go to the neighborhood hardware store to complete installation.26375

Product was in new condition and the shipping service was outstanding. (I have used this product previously) The box appear to have been opened and reclosed poorly (maybe a return). Some mounting hardware was loose in the box and a self locking nut was missing, not a problem for me.23029

Price was right. Other 5th wheel tailgates are in the $300 to $500 range. This one looks good and does the job just as well. Center vertical bar on the tailgate also makes it easier to line up with the kingpin when hooking up. Directions for installing the latches could be more clear but I was able to figure it out by looking at them. Had to spead passenger side lower attachment point on the tailgate a little so it would fit over the "male" side on the truck but it was only a minor problem. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and the communication with etrailer was prompt and friendly.4700
