This 5-leaf double-eye spring is 25-1/4" long x 1-3/4" wide. It is designed for use with 6,000-lb trailer axles.

Leaf springs are an integral part of your trailer suspension system. The double-eye spring is suspended at the ends by hangers that attach to its eye or, in the case of tandem-axle or triple-axle systems, into hangers in the front and rear and an equalizer or equalizers in the center. To determine the type of hangers or hanger kit you need, you must know the specific type of leaf spring you have, as well as your axle diameter and capacity. Depending on the hanger kits used with them, springs can be configured to work for single-, tandem- or triple-axle applications.

Please Note: To ensure proper axle alignment and suspension performance, leaf springs should always be replaced in pairs.

I just finished installing the leaf springs on my triple axel boat trailer and I'm very satisfied with the result. Shipping was quicker than anticipated… One suggestion is having a complete hardware kit that is galvanized for salt water boat trailers. i.e Shackles, equalizer, and bolts with nylon lock nuts. I just wanted to let you know what a GREAT experience it has been ordering from your company. I have never had a company check up or keep me as informed on what was happening with my order. It is a great relief to know that there are still some companies that care and are not just interested in "a sale." I have attached some pictures of the old springs I took off and the new one's. The old ones were stretched flat with my dump trailer empty. When I put the new ones on it even raised the trailer up at least 4 inches. 29072

Product was great. arrived early. But it was the wrong size, greatly in part, my fault. I measured the lenght of the leafs instead of the lenght from eye to eye center. Wish during the ordering processes it was explained on how to measure. I have looked at wheels and wheel bolt patern and the instructions for ordering the correct bolt patern there are great. I am sure its probably common knowledge with those that deal with leafs on a regular basis but for those of us that will order this only maybe once in a life time, measuring instructions would have been greatly appreciated. Loved how customer service was always in contact and still is after delivery.26134
