Today were going to review part number R104BT8. This is the Redline Trailer Round Spindle. This trailer spindle has a 1,000 lbs weight capacity. It does include the spindle washer, the cotter pin and the castle nut. Those pieces are used to install the hub onto your spindle. There is also a bearing kit that is required that is sold separately.
The bearing will include the inner and outer bearings with their races, a grease seal and a cotter pin. The part number for that bearing kit for this spindle would be part number BK1-100.I also want to give you some dimensions on this. When choosing a spindle to fit your trailer, you do want the dimensions to match what you have on your trailer now. A lot of these dimensions will be in 1/100s of an inch so I will be using a dial caliper to get precise measurements. The first measurement I want to give you will be some lengths.
The actual length of this stub here is 4 inches. The overall length of the whole spindle is 8 inches. Now the diameter of the stub right here should be 1.25 inches. Next measurement will be the grease seal diameter which is this part of the spindle right here and thats going to be right on 1.24. Next dimension will be the inner bearing surface diameter which is going to be 0.99 inches.
Then the outer bearing surface diameter which will also be 0.99 it uses the same inner and outer bearings. The last measurement will be the diameter of the threaded portion of the spindle and looks like thats going to be right at 1 inch even.That should do it for part number R104BT8.

Product (spindles) will be used in the fabrication of a pull behind mower deck, using 8-in boat trailer tires attached at the rear of the deck. The entire deck will be offset from the tow vehicle by, hopefully, about six feet, in order to mow further down the banks of two ponds, and at property adjacent to a tree line. The delivery of the spindles surprised me. I ordered them one day prior to going out of town. When I returned three days later, the spindles were waiting for me. Good company to do business with.
