Today, were reviewing part number TL5RK from Optronics. This is a submersible trailer light kit for under-80-inch wide trailers. You get two taillights, the 25-foot wiring harness with the four-pole plug. You get two site marker lights, a heavy-duty plastic, corrosion-proof license plate bracket, and all the hardware you need for installation.This is the passenger side light. As you can see on the back, you have two studs. These lights on both sides mount and ground through the studs.

Your brown wire on the passenger side is your taillight, and the green wire your stop-and-turn signal. On the drivers side, the brown wire is for the taillight, and the yellow wire is stop-and-turn.You have two side marker lights. These have reflectorized lenses so you dont need to get any other reflectors. You see theres one stud on the back of each. They ground through the stud and they each have one power wire.

The license plate bracket mounts to the drivers side, onto the studs, just like that. Take that off for now.Now, I think we can turn our lights off and Ill show you how these work. That is your taillight, front and side. Bottom, you have your license plate illuminator. Heres your brake light and heres your turn signal.

Now, I think we can turn our lights back up. These are Department of Transportation approved. While there was more here than I needed (the trailer was already wired, it just had broken lights), getting this package was the cheapest and best way to get what I needed...exact, drop in replacements.
