This is a sealed, round LED combination stop, turn, and tail light. The LEDs in this light are super diodes for exceptional brightness and performance. This light meets FMVSS 108 * requirements in any 360 degree position. This red light measures 4-5/16" in diameter by 1-15/16" deep. Lens and housing are one unit that is sonically sealed and waterproof, providing protection to the 10 super light-emitting diodes. The molded plastic housing and durable lens provide all-weather protection against corrosion. Both the lens and diodes are red on this light, which draws 0.413/.026 amps at 12.8 volts. This light flush mounts and a separate, industry standard, three-prong plug is used for the wiring connection to easily upgrade from incandescent lights. A mounting grommet and plug are required to complete the installation.

Today were going to review part number STL43RB. This is the Optronics Sealed 4-inch round LED Trailer Stop and Turn Taillight. This is a sealed flush mount round LED combination stop turning taillight. The LEDs in this light are a super diode which is exceptional brightness and performance. This light does meet the FMVSS108 requirements in any 360-degree position. The lens and the housing are one unit.
They are sonically sealed and waterproof which will provide protection for the two diodes. This molded plastic housing and durable lens will provide all weather protection against corrosion. Both the lens and diodes on the inside are red and these diodes will draw 0.413 amps at 12.8 volts when the stop and turn light is on and itll draw a 0.026 amps at 12.8 volts when just the taillight is on. This light does flush mount an uses a wiring on the back will use an industry standard three-throng plug like this one here which is sold separate and a mounting grommet is also required which is sold separately. A few dimensions Ill give you on this light is the overall from side to side diameter will be 4 15/16 and just the light part in front will 4 inches.
The depth is 1 inch and also the measurement of the depth of it including where the connector goes that would be 1 15/16. And now Im going to give you a quick demonstration of what the light brightness would be. First well plug in the three-throng plug and we have our 3 wires and I got a power supply here. Well connect the white which is the ground, well connect the black which is the taillight and thats the brightness of the taillight. And then well connect the stop and turn and thats how the stop and turn brightness would be.
And then what Im going to do is turn off the overhead lights and thatll give you the idea of the brightness in the dark for the taillight and that would be the stop and turn. And that should do it for part number STL43RB.

While I haven't actually used them on a trip yet, I have to say that installing the LED stop/turn/tail lights was almost a no-brainer. Once I figured out the correct sequence, the lights easily slipped into the existing rubber housings. I plugged in the electrical connectors and they worked perfectly. Knowing that they'll never burn out is comforting. 13433

I got two of these because one of the lights on my trailer had been cracked when I lent it out and subsequently the running light no longer worked. The lights that they replaced were standard incandescent bulbs and I didn't like the fact that I couldn't just replace the bulb as they were sealed units like these. Because these are led's I expect them to last quite a bit longer so the fact that they are sealed also is not as much of a problem and in reality should help them last longer. 76206

This was to replace tail stop/turn light on my 5th wheel. Different pattern but works excellent and is actually a little brighter than what was replaced. However, service and delivery was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend e-trailer service. I will definitely use e-trailer again. 69670

The lights are great. I wish there was instructions on how to install the light and gasket. There must be some trick to it; gasket first then light, gasket and light then install through the sheet metal by pulling the gasket lip through the hole. I did the latter and experienced some gasket tearing. There must be a simple way to do this.63107

I am in the process of renovating a 1966 Airstream. I wanted to upgrade the tail lights and the clearance lights. I found etrailer.com on a web search. I ordered the round 4" LED, rubber 4" grommet, and Oval LED clearance light. The round stop with grommet adapeted perfectly into the lens on the Airstream. I will feel so much safer now with the added visability. The lights are stellar. 45989
