This sealed, rectangular mini-light on an ear-mount base can be used as a license plate or utility light. This clear light measures 3-3/16" long x 1-1/16" wide x 1-1/16" deep. Lens and housing are one unit that is sonically sealed and waterproof, providing protection to the heavy-duty, long-life bulb. The metal base surface mounts on 2-3/4" centers. The light contains a single lead wire for power and is grounded through the mounting hardware.

Today were looking at the Optronics Sealed Mini Rectangular Trailer License Plate or Utility Light part number LP85CB. This unit is a sealed waterproofed housing and lens unit. It has a heavy duty long life bulb. It surface mounts on 2 and 3/4 inch centers with an ear mounted base. Its a single wire design and grounds to the mounting hardware on the ear base.
Lets go ahead and put the power supply to it and show you what it looks like when its lit up. Now go ahead and turn the lights off and show you what it looks like when its dark. Only problem there was is when I received it, on the back of the light where the wire goes into the fixture. It was not sealed all away around the wire to make it submersible. Had to re-seal the part they missed. Other than that, part was put on and working fine. Thanks.70643
