Out of the box it is more than what I thought it would be, very well built, I haven't had a chance to install yet but will be happy to write another review at a later date.

This was purchased to replace the Jack on our Delco 12k Dump Trailer at a huge cost savings over manufacturer. This unit was almost identical to the original at a fraction of the cost. Great product.

Great product bolt was missing that held the handle on other than that it was great more than I expected shipping was very quick bolt was probably lost during shipment

I welded this jack on my bumper hitch enclosed v nose trailer as the nut on my old screw style jack stripped out and let the trailer fall down over the drew. This new jack handles the weight easily.

This is my third time to use E-Trailer and I have been pleased every time.
Jack seems to be excellent as far as construction. Very heavy duty and at a good price. We have found fast shipping but sometimes things are too heavy for the packaging but thankfully we have not experienced loss of items or damage to other items within packaging.
Jack works as good as the Bull Dog and was less money. Thanks to etrailer for the advice.
