Today were going to take a quick look at the Pro Series round snap-ring swivel jack part #: PS1401040303. Pro Series covers this jack with a limited one year warranty and it has a lift capacity of 2,000lbs. it uses 2 inch diameter tube, the outer tube is finished in black and the inner tube is zinc plated as well as the footplate thats welded to the bottom. This footplate is going to provide a nice steady flat base for supporting the nose of your trailer. Its a swivel design so once you have the mount welded to the trailer you can pull this release pin and rotate the jack on this mounting plate. This will allow you to swing the jack up and out of the way when youre ready to pull the trailer down the road.
There is a nice handle with a top wind setup for raising and lowering the jack were going to go over a couple of measurements real quick. If we measure from the center of our mounting bracket down to the bottom of the footplate we get 14 inches when the jack is fully retracted. That measurement is your bracket height. Now Ill take another one of these jacks thats extended all the way. Well measure from the same points again, center of the mounting bracket down to the bottom of the footplate and we get 29 inches.
The difference between those two figures, 15 inches is the amount of jack travel or lift. This is a weld-on style jack where youll take this back bracket and weld it onto the frame of your trailer. Youll then fit the jack over it and reinstall the snap ring thats here on the inside. And thats it for our quick look at the Pro Series round pipe mount swivel jack part #: PS1401040303.

Product was just as specified in photo and description. I ordered slightly larger jack and eased off the slip ring and replaced the new jack so no welding was needed for my project.16593

Very heavy duty for the price very high lift. Replaced my trialers jack perfectly since the mounting plate was offset tward the top adding lift which is exactly what i was looking for the gears are totally enclosed but the cap is removable so you can grease them. Pin to hold the jack in position is allot heavier then the competition and witth the triangle pull a snap even in the cold with gloves on. The only thing that would make this jack better was if you could turn the base plate or foot so it was more stable on uneven ground9817
