Today, were going to review part number FXP15L. This is the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack with the sidewind handle. This Fulton trailer jack has a corrosion resistance zinc plating and a durable poly-wheel base which is perfect for marine and other recreational applications. It has a convenient spring-loaded plunger pin which will allow the jack to swing up parallel to the tongue for travel and then move it back down into the upright position for use. This jack has a Z-Max 600 zinc finish which will provide superior corrosion resistance and basically that means that it has been tested under a 600 hours of salt spray to get this rating. It does have a bolt-thru mount which will provide minimum deflection and maximum support.

It is consisted of a heavy gauged steel construction. It is the sidewind design which means when you crank the handle it will go up and down on the side. This has a thermal plastic wheel and the mounting bracket for 3x 5 trailer frame is included. This part is made in the USA. I do want to give you a few measurements on this jack.

This jack here, I have in the fully retracted position. If we do the retracted measurement which would be from the center of the mounting bracket to the bottom of the wheel, that would get you 12-3/4. What I want to do is also give you the clearance measurement which is from the center of the mounting bracket to the top of the jack. That would be 14-1/2 inches. Now, I also want to give you the fully extended measurement, and to save time, we already extended one completely out.

Basically, if we measure from the center to the bottom of the wheel, this will give you the fully extended measurement which in this case would be 24-3/4 inches. Basically, if you take the 24-3/4-inch extended measurement, subtract the 12-3/4 retracted measurement, will give you a maximum lift of this jack of 12 inches. It does use a wheel diameter of 8 inches. The pull pin is a half-inch diameter pin and again has a lift capacity of 1500 pounds. This part does come with a limited 5-year warranty.
