- I went out to the warehouse and I pulled a wheel for the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack, # F1413060334, to test it. I tested it on several different surfaces. It made a slight mark on white paper but it was more of an indentation than anything.
I tested in on paint wood and dry wall and it left no marks at all.
Finally I tested it on painted concrete blocks and it let a little bit of a mark. I would categorize the wheel as limited to no marking and I think the jack would work well for you
