Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Bulldog Square Jack with Fixed Leg, part number BD195352. Now, Bulldog covers this jack with a limited five-year warranty. It's got a 5000-pound static capacity and a 3000-pound lift capacity. It's a direct weld style jack, meaning you can weld the housing of the jack anywhere along your trailer frame. That way you can fit it to best suit your needs. It's a sidewind style jack with the handle on the side of the jack.

This might come in handy if you've got LP bottles or other attachments on the front of your trailer. You won't have to worry about the handle interfering like you would a topwind. You'll also notice on the back of the jack is a grease zerk. This allows you to use a grease gun to keep the internals lubricated so they dont seize up and they operate properly. The outside tube of the jack is finished in gray paint and the inner tube and the welded footplate are zinc plated to help prevent against corrosion.

Now, this footplate is going to provide a nice flat surface for supporting the nose of your trailer. Next, I want to go over a couple of measurements. This jack is fully retracted and we'll measure from the top of the jack down to the bottom of the footplate, and we get about 24-1/2 inches. Now, we have another one of these jacks, same model, but we've extended it out all the way. Again, we'll measure from the top of the jack to the bottom of our footplate, and we get 39-1/2 inches.
