The product is excellent, exactly as described and it arrived on time and in prefect condition. Etrailer's customer service was outstanding! Judy went above and beyond to make sure my jacks shipped the same day and arrived in time to meet my deadline. It was a pleasure doing business with etrailer.com and I look forward to working with them in the future.57291

The Bulldog trailer jack is a high-quality product--well constructed, very heavy-duty, very durable. I've run these jacks for years with a high level of satisfaction. Highly recommended. Also highly recommended is my favorite business: e-trailer. These people have never failed to provide superior service, good prices, fast shipping, and a high degree of communication with the customer. I could only wish that all businesses that I work with were as good as this one. Thanks, e-trailer.41804

  • Can A Wheel Be Added To The Bulldog Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack # BD178201
  • When a wheel is added to a jack, the weight capacity will change to what the weight capacity is on the wheel. The wheels will only have a weight capacity of from 800 lbs. to 1,500 lbs., so that would dramatically reduce the weight capacity on a 5,000 lb. jack. The Bulldog Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack # BD178201 comes with a standard footplate. They do not offer a wheel option on this pipe-mount jack. I do not have a pipe mount jack that will accept a wheel. I do have the spring-loaded pul

  • How to Choose the Correct Jack for a Small Utility Trailer
  • When choosing a jack for your trailer you will want to choose a jack that has enough lift to lift the coupler over the hitch ball on the tow vehicle. I would recommend hooking your trailer to your truck and, with additional help, lift the trailer coupler a few inches above the hitch ball. With the trailer tongue lifted, find an appropriate location for the jack on your trailer tongue and measure from the center of the frame to the ground. This will tell you the approximate extended height that y

  • Which is Better, a Side Wind Trailer Jack or a Top Wind Trailer Jack
  • You would choose a side wind or top wind jack based on several factors. Each has its advantages. If clearance is an issue for the radius of a top wind, then you would choose a side wind. The opposite is also true. It is my experience that a side winding jack is easier to turn. However, if the tongue is low to the ground a top wind would be a better option because you would not have to bend down as much and it would not be as awkward to turn. A side winding jack normally has inner components t
