Today were going to review part number BD169201. This is the Bulldog Rack and Gear Jack with the Poly Wheel. It has a 750-pound lift capacity. This Bulldog Rack and Gear Jack is a durable, reliable jack. Its efficient and easy to use. Itll fit up to a 3x5-inch trailer tongue using the included mounting kit.
It does have a polycaster base. It does have a smooth cranking which will produce one inch of travel for every four complete turns on the crank. This does have a welded steel gearbox with a gear primer-painted finish. The rack post is zinc-plated which will help for corrosion resistance. It is a bolt-on design which ensure secure mounting, and again, the mounting kit is included.
It does have a black finish polyethylene wheel which is included. Now this jack here I already have in the full retracted position. So basically what I want to do is give you a fully retracted measurement which will be from the bottom of the wheel to the mounting bracket all the way in the retracted position and that would measure 8 inches. Now I also have the same jack here that I fully extended out. As you can see here, its fully extended.
To get your measurement there, from the bottom of the wheel to this mounting plate will be 24 inches. So basically if you will take the 24-inch fully extended measurement, subtract the 8-inch retracted measurement thatll give you a lift of 16 inches. So this jack would have a maximum lift of 16 inches. Now one other measurement that I do want to give you would be the clearance measurement which would be from the mounting bracket to the top of the jack. And basically that measurement will measure 20 inches; thatll be your clearance measurement.
Again, this jack can be applied up to a 3x5-inch rectangular trailer tongue. It does have a maximum lift capacity of 750 pounds. It does come with a limited 5-year warranty. And that should do it for our review of part number BD169201.
