Product was exactly as advertised. Fit perfectly on my Suburban. Didn't even need to drill holes out on frame! etrailer.com provided great videos on how to install the hitch (videos were located on their website). Could not have asked for a better experience. Hitch price was cheaper than other sites and shipping was fast and free! 36464
