Much better than expected! I ordered a hitch for a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutless Cierra Wagon on a Saturday. On Sunday I received an email that it was already shipped! It arrived on Thursday, and the following Saturday I had it installed in just a couple of hours. A much easier install than I expected, and it fit my car perfectly! All around excellent service and excellent customer support (I especially appreciate the "how to" videos).
