Awesome experience! As a do-it-yourself install, I was hopping for the best, but expecting the worst. I was presently surprised to find that the install was a breeze. All bolt holes lined up perfectly, no alignment issues here. I did the install by myself with only one tool, a socket wrench. This was easier than changing oil. The hitch mount is great quality and gives me peace of mind when carrying my dirt bike on a hitch rack. Great customer service; product was shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived on time and SHIPPING WAS FREE!! As a result of my experience, I highly recommend eTrailer.80911

Ok here it goes, I got the trailer hitch installed and got the wiring installed but the holes in the hitch did not line up very well I m Lucky and have a couple friends that are mechanics and they forced the holes to line up. The holes were close other than that the hitch Is a snap to install. also could have used some instructions for the electrical again my neighbor friends came to the rescue. I love The hitch I would reccomend it to anyone just take your time and you will love it too.56403
