• When you measure for a ballmount, you will want to measure from the ground up to the flat bottom part of your coupler, not inside of it. The 2-3/4 inch rise provided by the recommended ball mount would work just fine for you.

• I have checked the instructions for that particular hitch. You can see them for yourself by clicking the provided link. The Draw-Tite Class III Receiver, part # 41116 will require no modifications to the rear fascia. The photo shown on the product page is an actual photo, not a stock photo.

• In order to clear the exhaust, the hanger will need to be bent to avoid contact with the hitch once it is installed. This is a pretty simple process, which should not require a trip to the muffler shop or any major modifications.
