Fully welded vehicle trailer hitch is strong and durable. Draw-Tite's Tested Tough guarantee ensures that this hitch exceeds industry standards. The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.
Draw-Tite's Tested Tough program provides testing standards far superior to those outlined by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the go-to source for engineering professionals.
Each Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver undergoes extensive fatigue testing and static testing with the ball mount that is either supplied or recommended for use with that particular hitch, thus ensuring results that are applicable to real life use. Fatigue testing is also conducted on hitches rated for use with weight-distribution systems.
In addition, Draw-Tite performs static testing on a simulated automobile, as opposed to the rigid fixture used for SAE testing, resulting in a more true-to-life scenario.

Today we're going to be taking a look at then installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame custom fit trailer hitch receiver. This is a class III 2-inch hitch. Part number is 75528. This going on our 2015 Buick Enclave. Here's what the hitch is going to look like once we've got it installed into the vehicle. That's right, we're going to be able to put our cover back on. We're not going to have this blank opening here with just a hitch sticking out where we can see it as we go. Just turn in the two set screws down here, kind of pulling down on that.
That's going to allow us to separate it. As you can see, the hitch tucks up nicely. It's a round tube design so if you are going to be leaving that cover open you don't have one of the large square kind of blocks hanging down. We've got a tab here if you plan on putting in a four-way pull or a seven pull-plug, we can easily attach it there. Of course, it's going to have safety chain hooks.
It's got a little extra steel right here around this front section to give us a little extra support and it's going to be fully welded all the way around our tube. It's a full pass through. It's just really nice good looking hitch that we can cover up when it's not in use. As you can see, it's been designed for a standard 5/8 pin to pass through but it's also got this slightly smaller hole here. That's going to be for the J-pin. It's made by Draw-Tite.
It's a J-pin stabilization system. So if you'd like to use that set up, ready to go. The maximum tongue weight that we've got on our hitch is 750 pounds. The maximum gross trailer weight rating is going to be 5,000 pounds. You will want to look into the Buick's owner's manual just to make sure of what the vehicle's capacity is as well and you'll want to use the lower number of those. Let's go over a couple of different measurements that are going to help you in selecting your ball mount, bike rack, or maybe a cargo carrier. To start with we've got the measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper.
That's going to be about 4 inches. Now from the ground to the inside edge of top tube of the receiver opening we're going to have about 18 1/8 inches. So, just keep these in mind when making your selections. First step's going to be to remove our access panel located underneath. We've got a couple of just kind of turnstile fasteners here. Just rotate those both 90 degrees. We can separate those. Then you've four tabs across the top here that kind of clip in. Just set that aside for now. Let's take a strap and you're just going to bring it across underneath your exhaust here somewhere where you can get it hooked in on both sides and we'll take some slack out of it. This is going to provide some support for our exhaust, as we lower it down it's going to have something to rest on so it's not resting or causing undue strain on the front part of the system there. Now on both sides of the vehicle we're also going to have two rubber isolators or exhaust hangers that we also need to remove. We've got one located here on the top. That's the easy one. The one here is a little more difficult. It's located just to the outside of your tailpipe assembly there. So we'll hit these both with a little bit of spray lubricant just to kind of help us in removing them. Do the same thing to the two located on this side. Now we'll come through and just start pulling our hangers off. Sometimes you may need a pry bar or something. Whatever you need to do to get them off. All right, you see, that's just going to give us that little bit of extra space we need to get our nuts in there. Now for installing our hitch we're going to be using the two weld nuts located on both sides. These are just above our tailpipe. That's going to get the 12 millimeter by 45 bolt and a conical toothed washer. The conical toothed washer will face in towards our hitch and will be sandwiched in between there. For our middle two mounting locations, here and here, we'll be using a weld nut that will go up through and then a half inch bolt by an inch and three-quarter, that's also going to have a conical toothed washer and that washer should face up. And our two others are located here on the driver's side. Now we're going to go through, use a little bit of spray lubricant in each of our weld nut locations. Remember, we've got the two here on the driver's side and the two on the other side. We're just going to clean these out. This is part number 814092 if you don't already have one. And now we'll check each one to make sure our bolts will thread in properly. We'll now just kind of slide our hitch up into position here and now we'll start one of our M12 fasteners right up into the weld nut. We'll want to do this on both sides so just do it loosely for now. And we're going to be putting one bolt in each of the weld nut locations. Now for our middle connection points as we discussed we're going to put a handle nut up and in. We've also got our bolt and our conical toothed washer but now there's one last important step that you want to remember. That's that we've got a spacer block that should be put in between the hitch and the bottom of our vehicle. We're welding that in to where it will sit right over, or our handle nut, to where it will sit right over the hole. Thread that in just to get it started. We want to leave enough room on the side here so we can still get our other spacer in. And we just need to take a quick look to be sure we've got our hitch centered and with it set up we can just start tightening our fasteners down. It's now time to go around to each of our fasteners and torque it down to specification just referring to your instruction booklet there, it's going to tell you exactly what torque you should set. Now let's go back through and reconnect our four exhaust hangers. With our exhaust re-secured let's just come around and take out our strap. That's going to complete today's installation of the Draw-Tite Max-Frame trailer hitch receiver. Part number 75528 on our 2015 Buick Enclave. .

I bought the Draw-Tite Class III 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver for my '12 Chevy Traverse. I got it for one main reason, a new hitch mounted bike carrier. I was a little nervous about ordering it, because I was worried about the fit, and I don't have any experience with trailer hitches. Prior to ordering it, I did a little research on the website. I plugged in the year, make and model of my car, and the site gave me a few options for custom fit hitch receivers. I picked the one that I wanted, and then I looked over the instructions, Q&A, and watched the installation video. The video is what really swayed me, it looked really simple! I was right. When the hitch receiver arrived, I was surprised at how light it was, it was lighter than my bike carrier! I will say that the included instructions are a bit lacking. I think some larger and more clear pictures with the appropriate step would be helpful. Thankfully, the website does a fantastic job with the installation instructions, and again, the video was a HUGE help! When I first tried to install it, I couldn't get the appropriate bolts into the weld nuts. I had cleaned them with some WD-40 and a wire brush, or so I thought. I thought that I was sent the wrong size bolt because the teeth would not even grab into the weld nut, and it just kept spinning; I was aggravated at the thought of waiting for replacement parts. But, I went back to the website and looked a little further into the Q&A section, and I found another video on cleaning the weld nuts. In the video, it described my exact issue, and even explained that despite one's belief that the bolts would not fit the weld nuts, 99% of the time the weld nuts were not thoroughly cleaned out. Well, guess what? I went back to cleaning the weld nuts, and after a total of roughly 4hrs and some serious elbow grease and a full can of WD-40, I had cleaned out the weld nuts enough so that the bolts fit with ease! My '12 Traverse has about 37K miles on it, so there was a lot of rust and grime in there. After getting the weld nuts clean, the actual installation of the hitch receiver took me maybe 45mins. And I had no issues with installing it by myself. I did have to lower my spare tire in order to get my torque wrench in there, but other than that there were no major issues. I can't imagine paying a couple hundred $$ extra to have a professional install this. Even if someone had absolutely no mechanical ability whatsoever, they could install this themselves; just watch the video and follow the instructions. Honestly, I think I've had more difficulty in helping my kids build their LEGO sets, than I did installing this hitch! I would highly recommend etrailer.com to anyone looking for a hitch, and I am extremely pleased with the ease of the entire process, from finding the right product to delivery to installation. Although I didn't deal directly with customer service, I'm sure that if you can't find an answer to your question on the website itself, someone from customer service would certainly be able to help you. Thank you etrailer! 261694
One of my key concerns was that several vendors apparently ship these trailer hitches unwrapped and without a box. I was pleased to find that the hitch was nicely packaged with the parts nicely secured. I found the video very helpful, and I completed the installation in less than an hour. Using a ratchet strap to secure the mufflers made the job quite simple. I did have help holding up one side of the hitch while I started the bolts, but other than that it was largely a solo effort. My Enclave has only been through one winter, and the bolts threaded in after minimal cleaning the threads with a shot of WD40. The four rubber muffler hangers popped off without use of lubricant or a pry bar. Oh, by the way I took advantage of the low price guarantee. Etrailer provided the price difference plus 10% before the item even shipped. I almost felt guilty about getting a credit when I found a lower price from a lesser vendor. Etrailer has been extremely responsive, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. 202383
I received the hitch in the mail a few days ago, and I must first say that the packaging was very good. The hitch was well protected and boxed up nicely, with no loose parts anywhere. The instructions were fairly easy to follow and installation took about 1 hour. It could have taken less time if I had a lower profile torque wrench. The distance between the top of the muffler and the bolt was less than 2" and the height of my torque wrench and socket were more than that. So, in my case, it took me hanging on the muffler to make enough room to get the wrench in between to tighten the bolts to specification. As I said before, I didn't have the proper tool so I used what I had. For the 2012 GMC Acadia, the installation used 6 bolts, 6 cone washers, 2 spacers, and 2 handle nuts. The plastic bumper cover and the rubber muffler vibration mounts are the only things that need to be removed for the installation. Overall, it seems like a well-built trailer hitch. I look forward to many years of use! 70641

Unbelievable service/support!. Let's start with shipping...2 1/2 days, delivered a whole day ahead of estimated arrival date. Product - superb. Didn't make the 1/2 install time on the hitch as I was working by myself (that sucker is heavy!) and when I went to lower the dual exhaust, got one of the hangers but not the other. Found this out when I went back to put the one I took off back on. My bad. So I was still able to install the hitch but couldn't get my torque wrench in there to do it proper. Will have to go back and do again but I was still able to install tightly to tow a little 4' X 7' utility trailer no sweat. Will probably have the hitch welded to the frame since its hidden when not in use. Electrical Install....another piece of cake with one minor exception. The directions indicated to attach the black wire coming from the battery to the RED wire coming out of the module. There is no RED wire coming out of the module, it's black also. My knowledge of DC wiring told me to go with it. I did, everything worked great. As previously reported, the green wire going to the passenger side was a little short (probably due to my routing) but the black wire going to the battery was about a foot long (I liked that)! I'm not real happy about my routing so I will go back and redo when I get the hitch welded. I want a really good job and the initial install I was under to gun to rush the job so I had to take a couple of harmless shortcuts. When I do the redo, I'll document for etrailer.com, they are most deserving in my book! I most strongly recommend these folks at etrailer.com. In fact, I need to go back to them for the 4 wire flat connector bracket and their 2" ball. Was in too much of a rush this go-around. . 148764

I ordered the hitch at 6pm on a Monday and it arrived at 2pm on a Thursday via standard UPS delivery. This installation was a snap. I set my laptop up in the back of our 2011 Traverse, watched the installation video and had it on in about 30 minutes. We also purchased the 118450 wiring harness. My wife and I had a great time installing it together; again in about 45 minutes. Thanks "etrailer" for getting me the correct parts (so quickly) and for producing the fantastic install videos! 54619

I have a 2013 GMC Acadia and wanted to add a hitch to haul my snowmobiles and add a bike rack. I ordered the hitch and wiring harness (product 118614) on a Sunday and the products arrived Thursday. My father and I were able to mount the hitch in 20 minutes and did not need to take the exhaust of the brackets, which saved us some time. As others have stated, the bumper fascia on a 2013 Acadia can be re-installed over the hitch without issue. The wiring harness was easy to install as well. Very pleased with etrailers service and installation videos, which aided in making the installation quick. Would definitely order from e-trailer again. 121245

This is was the first towing hitch I have installed. Installation was easier than I thought, took about an hour and a half including, gathering of tools and exhaust system cooling time and a single set of hands. What I liked about the hitch receiver were the tolerances to which it was made, it had very little movement at the time of adjustment for final torquing of bolts. Also, once the factory hitch cover goes back on, there is no way to tell if one is on. The only problem is that if you have a cargo carrier to use like mine, it is difficult to insert a keyed locking pin as there were only about 5 inches to work with, still recommend. This was installed on a 2014 Traverse. The videos on Etrailer are extremely helpful, I felt more comfortable doing the install by myself. Saved me at least $200. 144395

No problem putting on the Hitch our 2012 Enclave. My wife did not want the hitch to show. Done some research and found that GM has a fisacia insert that takes the place of the one you remove. GM part # 25775358. A little pricey but worth it. 107818
I put this hitch on in about 45 minutes single-handedly -- no, really, I am 7 weeks out from rotator cuff surgery and I found it easy to install using mostly my non-dominant arm. It's that easy! On the Traverse, it is truly a "hidden hitch" -- see pics. I used this hitch in conjunction with the Curt C56245 wiring harness and TrailerMate TM76470 mounting bracket. Each of those products work perfectly with this hitch. I would not change anything, this is a perfect setup. 206111

Ordering from Etrailer was easy and with free shipping, can't go wrong. This trailer hitch was easily installed and works great. Installed in less than 15min on a 2014 Traverse. I do not know about other hitches, but what is nice about this one, is the hitch sits well up under the vehicle, so the same plastic hitch cover that came with the vehicle can still be used. I was somewhat expecting to have to purchase the alternate cover which has extension for the hitch receiver or leave the hitch visible. The wife was pleased, that the hitch was not visible. 141031

The towing hitch showed up in good condition and I installed it. It was easy to install and is not an eye sore to my car. Thanks 125461

Super product with wonderful video installation instructions. Etrailer does a great job in providing a product that matches up with your vehicle and easy to follow video instructions for installation. Well done!! Product went on easily and fit perfectly. I used the no-drill mount bracket to place the 4 pin connector down and underneath the vehicle. The electric connection wiring harness was very easy to install. I was able to put on the plastic cover that came with the Traverse and everything is hidden. Wonderful product and wonderful company who by the way gave me express shipping at no extra charge. Nice job etrailer. 134396

My family's bikes won't all fit inside my 2011 Acadia, so I bought this hitch for a hitch-mount bicycle rack. It fit perfectly. Installation was very easy and straight-forward. Watching the videos beforehand really helped - and the install went right as the video showed. Backing the vehicle up on ramps also helped with clearance to work under the car. I bought the Hidden Hitch brand vs. the Draw Tite because the receiver looked to be a little shorter and would not stick out as far past the bumper. Excellent decision, because GMC's optional Trailer Hitch Closeout fits perfectly covers the new hitch receiver for a very clean, finished look. (This part from GMC replaces the bumper panel that all the install videos say to remove and won't be used - GMC part 19244180). One minor complaint: the hitch could used some more protection in the shipping box. There was no padding or protection in the box. As a result, the paint chipped off a few spots (chain retaining rings) down to bare metal. A bit of spray primer and black paint fixed it, but some more protection in the box would prevent damage and future corrosion. 45087
Perfect fit on GMC acadia 2008. Easy to install, thanks to the instructional videos. Distance from center of 5/8 pinhole to farthest part of bumber is around 5 inches. There is also a 1/2 hole. Arrived on time. Perfect fit with mounting bracket 18144. Wiring harness 118451 was also easy to install. 39220

I installed this hitch on my 2013 GMC Acadia myself in about 30 minutes with absolutely no issues whatsoever. When it was completed, the plastic bumper fascia cover was able to be re-installed, so the hitch can be totally invisible when not in use. (see photos) Their website has "How To" videos which clearly demonstrate what to expect during the installation process. The hitch came with all necessary instructions (illustrated) and hardware. These people at etrailer.com are incredible! They communicated with me from the instant I submitted my order until it was delivered so there was no uncertainty about when I could expect the product to arrive. Just an excellent experience all around. Thanks !!!! 135926

What an excellent product and such an EZ install. I did some custom refit to my plastic rear cover so it could fit on the back a cover most of the Hitch. I have sent pictures to GorgeJ. and will try to enclose them in this email as well. Thank you for such a great experiences! 191164

Very well designed product and quality is high. The biggest issue I had was using the wrong bolts( M12's) where I should have used the 1/2" hex bolts. They looked to be the same size but aren't. I ended up stripping the handle nuts on both sides and had to replace with additional nuts with thread loc. I would recommend being more clear on the fact that there are (2) sized of bolts and if you do not have "weldnuts" at the reciever location then you MUST use the 1/2" Hex Bolts with the handle nuts. 82708

Ordered the hitch from etrailer Tuesday night, the day we picked up our 2009 Enclave, and it was dellivered on Friday(!), but I had to wait for a warm day to do the install. After the hitch was delivered, etailer sent me link to a review and resource page, with an installation video of the Englave. Watched the installation video, then watched it again to make sure I picked up on every detail. Installation went as smoothly as predicted, despite working on my back, with the rear end (of the Enclave) up on ramps. Took me about an hour, but then I hadn't installed a Hidden Hitch since our 1995 Olds 88. Product and service from etailer are great! 107548

I received the hitch, ball mount and wiring for my 2012 Acadia within just a couple of days after placing the order. The entire order was well packed in very heavy cardboard and was still in good condition upon arrival. I finally got around to putting it on today and as some others have indicated taking loose the muffler hangers and reinstalling them is probably the worst part of the job. I used some of my wifes vegetable spray and that helped a great deal. I did need my wife to help hold up on the hitch as I got the bolts started so we made a family project out of it. 74966
Vehicle: 2014 GMC Acadia Product works great and easy to install. More tongue weight (750 lbs.) than most others. Car had less than 5K miles on it so getting the 4 bumper hangers off required no special tools or spraying. Using a tie-down worked great for lowering the exhaust. Just did the install in the driveway without ramps. Everything lined up. For the handlenuts, I did not bend but just slid it under the plastic to keep them tight and flush. You can re-install the fascia cover when not in use. Once your figure it out, it's easy to get fascia cover on and off. 136179

This product was just as advertised. Other than my lack of knowledge on how to lower the exhaust system on my 2012 Acadia - the rest of the installation went smoothly. The installation video was a big help but as I said - I didn't realize that the exhaust system was held in place by rubber hangers and all you had to do was slid them over the brackets. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing! I looks great. 84856

I bought this hitch and was very impressed with the fast delivery. I also was grateful for the online video demonstrating the installation which made this a breeze. Can't say enough about the service of this company. 55850
i bought the hitch package, hitch, harness and ball mount. the materials are first rate and well made. installing the hitch took less than 30 minutes. instructions said to drop the muffler on the passenger side rear for access to the holes, but on the 2009 traverse i had room without dropping the muffler. the wire harness took a couple hours thru no fault of the product. i had trouble getting one of the taillight assemblies out. very happy and recommend the product to anyone. thanks much!!!!!! 183277

Stunning is all I can say! First of all, Ricky at etrailer.com was awesome! He guided me through several hitch options based on my need and ended up feeling that the least expensive was my best option. In addition, it says, 30 minutes to install on my 2013 Buick Enclave and the video shows that you have to drop the exhaust some! Yeah right! Well, it was. I added a few minutes for tools, etc., but it was just about 30 minutes. The video was dead on and it was so easy to install. It was almost fun! In addition, everyone is cautious about saying you can re-attach the fascia to cover the hitch, but you CAN!!! That is part of the reason I went with this hitch. I'm very picky and want things done the best way possible and this hitch did it. It was a breeze and did everything I needed. Thanks again Ricky and etrailer. This is my second hitch and it's the only place I'd go! 134419

Product fit my 11' Traverse, like a dream. LOVE the way it is actually hidden beneath the License plate, and does not stick out at all. Instructional video posted online was SPOT ON. I will be using it to pull a landscape trailer, but didn't want the hitch to stick out behind the truck and be a shin buster.... I will be installing the Wiring Harness tomorrow.. With the instructions and videos included, Im certain it will be just as easy. 32681

Purchased this hitch at the recommendation of etrailer customer service, which was very helpful ad friendly. I installed this on a 2013 Acadia, and watched the video prior to isntall. It took approximately 30 minutes as advertised and was very easy. There was enough clearance in the car that I didnt need to put it on a lift, and I didnt need to remove the exaust tie in the middle of the car, just the ones in the rear. I only intent to use this for bike/ski/cargo carriers, and do not intend to tow any heavy equipment. It looks nice and should do the job just fine. I am able to put the hitch cover back on with no problems. One extra thing I did was give the bottom of the hitch an extra coat of rustoleum and then another clear coat so that it would add some more protection to prevent rust. 172059

Two thumbs up! I ordered Friday night and received it Wednesday afternoon. It took me an hour to do the complete install and that was because of the time to clean the threads in the frame. My car has 26000 miles on it and I probably would have damaged some threads if I had not taken time to clean out the threads (more than a brush shown in the video). The wire ties that were supplied are too small but I keep ties on hand. I question the mixed hardware. It would make sense to me to keep it all metric since the weld nuts on the car are. Going to SAE on the bumper bolts just necessitated an other socket. This job can be done with a 12X1.75 thread cleaner, an 18 mm socket, a 7 mm nut driver, and a torque wrench if the hardware were all metric. This was Avery good experience. 38469

I have a 2012 Traverse LT and was looking for a hitch that would be easy to install and not stick out past my bumper. I browsed etrailer.com and saw that they had the best price for what I was looking for. When I called their customer service dept for help before I purchased the hitch, they were fantastic. I received the hitch in two days. The hitch was very easy to install. I also bought the Part# 118450 -T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector & Part# 37185 - Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole. The wiring was very easy to hook up to the vehicle tail lights existing wiring harness. I would definitely recommend buying this product to anyone who is looking for a good hitch at an affordable price. 32413

I ordered a hitch for my Buick Enclave by phone on Monday morning 6/4/2012. I was told it would take approximately 5 to 7 Days to arrive. To my surprise It was at my door on Wed. 6/6/2012. Thursday the 7th. i installed it by my self in approx. 50 minutes. I also received the wiring hook up for it. It took me about 30 minutes to install this. It looks nice on my Buick. I plan on using it this coming weekend. I would recommend using etrailer to anyone needing any equipment they have to sell. Bob Deam 43188

Easy addition to my 2010 Enclave This truly was a no brainer and as easy as many have described and the video is spot on. The hardest part was slipping the exhaust mounts off/on - just make sure to spray wd-40 as recommended in the video. With this hitch (and the 3 others offered here), it's not possible to put the fascia cover back on, and this was confirmed by the experts at eTrailer before I purchased it. I'm not sure how one of the reviewers re-installed the cover even after cutting it, given that there is a small leg on the left side that would block the cover. eTrailer even upgraded my shipping to 3 day for free, so it arrived much faster than expected. Overall a great experience. 4894

Installation went well with minimum problems. To be used to haul bikes today and a camper at a later date. I do not anticipate any problems. David F. 195012

I have ordered from eTrailer before. Everything I have ordered from them has shipped fast and packed well. I also have seen their YouTube video's for installation on this hitch and wiring harness and that was what sold me on buying from them. It only took around 20 minutes or so to put this hitch and wiring harness on. Fit on our 2012 Chevy Traverse is excellent and until you remove the plastic hitch cover on the bumper you cant see it. I put a receiver hitch on all my vehicles and this has to be the easiest installs I have every done. 86297

Hitch and Wiring Installation I installed this hitch on my new 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. The hitch fit perfectly and came with all of the hardware needed to complete the installation. I was even pleasantly surprised that I was able to still fit the hitch cover that is part of my vehicle over the hitch and keep the factory look with the hitch hidden. I also installed the wiring harness and the ease of installation was very much appreciated. The hitch install took about 30 minutes and the wiring install took about 20 minutes. Overall this was a very simple and straightforward installation. The videos on the web site were a great help as well. 4176

I'm very impressed with all aspects of this transaction. I bought this hitch for my Chevy 2013 Traverse and had no problems installing it with simple tools in my driveway. I found it was not necessary to lower the muffler as the video suggests, but I can see how lowering the muffler might be necessary if you have big hands or tools that need more room. The installation video was excellent, the hitch arrived incredibly fast and fits perfectly, the customer service is exceptional, and I even liked the box the hitch arrived in - the hand holds made it easy to carry. I'm 110% satisfied with buying from your company. Thanks! 95689
I installed this on my 2014 Acadia in 15-20 minutes. In the video they lower down the exhaust system for more room which if you have a brand new vehicle and can remove the rubber muffler hangers easily then it might be fine. I personally didn't lower the exhaust and still have plenty of room to work on the bolts for the hitch. I did have to use a box end wrench to tighten them versus a socket but it wasn't a big issue. Once installed this does allow you to put the factory hitch cover back on without any modification. My wife likes the factory clean look and I like having the hitch for towing our boat. 142157

The hidden hitch took literally 45 minutes to install, the videos on the Website helped me make the decision to do the job myself. With wire harness, hidden hitch, and 4 pole mount, the cost was $300 less than the quote from the dealer. That was my savings along with time and gas to get to and from the dealer. I have already recommended eTrailer to my neighbor for his Chevy with the same frame. He couldn't believe ho professional and factory the install looks. Thank you for you excellent service, rare these days to receive what you actually order and get it delivered ahead of schedule! 144124

Great quality, all necessary parts included. Very simple, fast installation, probably less than 20 minutes. I put this on an '13 GMC Acadia, and then I cut a hole in the factory bumper insert. Now the bumper looks "finished", and I didn't need to buy another trim plate. The hitch, with nothing installed, will still fit behind the fascia plate, so if you don't tow often, it's "Hidden". 71870
Awesome, I love it. Not exactly easy install but the Video was very helpful. Dropping the mufflers made it tricky but again the video helped. I will warn you... I waited 5 years to put a hitch on my 2008 Acadia. Guess what, there was rust is the mounting holes thanks to Chicago Winter Salt. I bought a can of Penetrating Oil Spray and a hardened bolt from the Auto Parts Store. I proceeded to drive the sacrificial bolt into each hole. Tough work but that opened the holes nicely and was able to properly install the hitch. I had my 12 yo son helping me and it went well. 159690

The hitch was just as easy to install as everyone said it was. Took my husband around 30 minutes. Looking forward to using it on our upcoming family vacation to the beach next month. 263418

Was done in 30 minutes. Go my hands dirty, other than that no problem. This is my second vehicle hitch from etrailer.com. The installation went very smoothly because there was no rust or grime in the weld nuts on the car frame (it only has 17k miles). If your car has seen a lot of mileage, cleaning out the crud from the weld nuts will be the hardest part. 146545
