Bought this hitch for my 2003 Chevy Malibu and fit perfect. Just needed to enlarge the frame access holes per the instructions to fit the blocks, fish the blocks and bolts through the frame and it was all set. Hardest part was doing it without a lift but it was no big deal. Wish I would have got one years ago. Etrailer delivered a quality product, couldn't be happier.41808

• Yes, the # 90131 receiver by Hidden Hitch does include the bolt leaders for fishing the hardware through the frame of your 2003 Chevrolet Malibu. You will need to drill one hole on the passenger side for the forward most attachment hole. The rest of the hitch attachment points use existing holes on the vehicle frame.
