Read "Product details" carefully. This "Adjustable Coupler Base" does not include the "outer" Tube, which is the part that you weld to the goose-neck and makes it "adjustable". This is virtually like buying an automobile without tires.19127

He informed me that the total or outer diameter of part # BD0287610300 is 4 Inches, which is the industry standard. The inner diameter of the the tube is just over 3-1/2 Inches. I would recommend you install a Hi-Rise Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # 9480 in the bed of your truck if you have a B&W Turnover Ball, Hide-A-Goose by Draw-Tite or Reese Under-Bed by Bulldog. This will install into the gooseneck hitch of your vehicle like a gooseneck ball and will allow you to tow your fifth wheel trailer with truck that has a gooseneck hitch.
