Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Today, we're going to review part number AM3S030. This is a Kenda Loadstar Tire, size ST175/80D13, which is a bias trailer tire, and it is mounted on a 13-inch Dexstar white spoke wheel. This wheel has a white powder coat finish for corrosion resistance on the front and on the back of the wheel. A few dimensions on this wheel, what we'll do is the diameter. Preset was 13 inches so if we measure from inside to inside, it would be 13 inches. The width of this wheel has 4-1/2 inches wide.
This wheel does have a bolt pattern of four bolts, 4-inch bolt pattern. The best way to measure that is from the center of one lug hole to the center of the lug hole directly across from it. So in this case if we go center to center, it would be 4 inches. This wheel has a capacity of 1360 lbs at 50 psi. It uses a wheel bolt size of 1/2 inch by 20.
Another critical measurement is the pilot hole diameter, which is the large center hole here in the middle of the wheel. This is what will go over the hub on your trailer. So if we measure the diameter of that pilot hole, it would be 2.65 inches. Now, we move on to the tire. The tire is a Loadstar.
The size again is ST, stands for Special Trailer, 175/80D, which means diagonal belt, which is a bias tire, 13-inch size. This tire is a load range B tire which means it's a 4-ply rated tire. It has a maximum load capacity of 1 1125 lbs at 35 psi. This tire is a bias tire and when we say that, we mean that it's constructed with the belts going the length of the tire as opposed to radial where the belts would go side to side. The bias, they would go length to length, and the main difference between this bias tire and a radial tire, would be the side wall on this bias tire, will be a little bit firmer when compared to a radial designed tire.
This wheel and tire combo does have a limited two-year warranty. And that should do it for part number AM3S030.

Needed two new tires and wheels....ordered these Loadstar tires and wheels...they arrived mounted, inflated and look GREAT! I would recommend these if you need a 13" 4 on 4 wheel combo!39700

Here are some before and after pictures of a 1970 Apache pop-up trailer I've been restoring. Some of the parts ordered from you are the galvanized roof vent, 24" wheels and tires (which required raising the suspension 4"), swivel jack. I had to wait awhile for the wheels and tires, but it isn't quite camping season so I was planning ahead! The canvas was rotted so I sewed new ends out of 1000D cordura. I'm a cabinet maker, residential remodeler, and vintage motorcycle restorer, so this sort of project is what keeps me off the streets at night. Thanks10367
