Excellent tire. I did a little overkill and put these on on my yard-cart. The cart had come with some cheesy, flimsy 2 ply tires that where always giving me trouble, lots of flats. This will solve that problem.12388

The tire is completely functional -- it is for a utility trailer that suffered a punctured tire last week; I use it to put in my spring mulch in the gardens. I could not find a tire in local stores. Etrailer not only had the tire, but I was impressed with their service: I received an email confirming my order at 11:15 pm on a Tuesday, another confirming shipment at 7am Wednesday, and a third confirming delivery on Friday. I was able to get the tire mounted on Saturday morning and back to being productive in my gardens. Thanks so much for a great experience!78154

like other people. using cheap 2ply tire on a chipper/shredder/leaf mulcher. once a month or so tire goes flat. sometimes just add air but for me have to go to tire shop. got these tires and are 6ply heavy duty. wont let air out. wow, im glad I went to better tire. even tire was so tough had to go tire shop with 2 people helping to install in rim. great tire!!! wished I had done earlier to avoid flat tire problem. might be overkill but im very happy!!! 76624

I purchased two tires because they would replace old ones. One tire was made two years ago and the other was over one year old. They were very hard to inflate because the beads would not seat. Very distorted and narrow in the middle. They look flimsy next to the old ones. I do not suspect I will do business with you all again.75716

Bought these to replace the tires on my wheelbarrow that always seem to be flat when I needed to use it. Tire fit perfectly. Now no tube to worry about. Tires are much thicker and heavier than what I had. They should last a long time and not be subject to punctures as the originals.71207

We use these tires for wheel barrows in our concrete business. The solid rubber tires are too musshy for the heavy loads. Regular wheel barrow tires are too light duty and go bad too quickly in the Arizona sun. Very happy with service from E-Trailer38804

  • Trailer Tire Recommendation for a Triton Snowmobile Trailer with 18.5x8.5-8 Tubeless Tires
  • We do have trailer tires that will fit your Triton Snowmobile trailer. Check out the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire, # AM1HP26. This is a tubeless, bias trailer tire that exceeds DOT standards. Its size is 215/60-8 which is the same as 18.5x8.5-8. The Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire, # AM10004, tire that you have referenced is too small for your trailer rims.

  • What Tire Pressure Is Recommended On 4.80/4.00-8 Load Range C Trailer Tire For Highway Speeds
  • The tires should be inflated to 90 psi on the highway as well as other roads, regardless of load size. The problem is that under inflating a trailer tire will lead to degradation of the tire. On trailer tires, the side walls are thicker than on car tires so they can handle more vertical load. An under inflated tire side wall will heat up more often and quicker and will lead to early wear and possible failure of the tire. The best thing to do is to follow the rating on the tires and inflate t

  • Are Tubes Needed For The Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire - 4.80/4.00-8 - Load Range C # AM10004
  • Tubes are not needed in the Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire - 4.80/4.00-8 - Load Range C, part # AM10004. All of our trailer tires are tubeless tires. You will not want to use a tube in a tubeless tire because that would double the heat buildup inside the tire which will cause the tire to fail. The heat is increased because a tubeless tire is built with a liner on the inside of the tire. When you put a tube inside the tubeless tire, on top of that liner, that will cause the extra heat buildup.

  • Durability of Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire, # AM10004, For Extended Highway Travel Under Load
  • The Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire, # AM10004, is rated for speeds not exceeding 65 miles per hour. Provided that the tire is not overloaded (one tire is rated at 760 pounds at 90 psi) and it is inflated to the maximum psi rating of 90 pound per square inch, then the tire will last a long time and perform well for you. Trailer tires have thicker sidewalls that allow them to carry a heavier vertical load. If the tire is under inflated, it can cause the sidewall to heat up quicker and more which

  • What is the Difference Between a 4.80/4.00 x 8 Trailer Tire and a 4.80 x 8 Trailer Tire
  • The 4.80/4.00x8 tire size is exactly the same as a 4.80X8 tire as long as the load range is the same. The Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire, item # AM10004, is a load range C tire. The 4.00 is added to the tire description so that those who have the older 4.00x8 tires, which are no longer available, will know that this size is compatible with their trailer. I have linked an FAQ on tire sizes.

  • Replacement 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Trailer Tire for a Log Splitter
  • The size on Kenda K371 bias trailer tire # AM10004 would match your current tires, but the weight capacity might be a bit much for your application. The 2 P.R., or 2 ply rating, on the current tire indicates that it is a load range A, while the # AM10004 is a load range C, rated at 760 lbs at 90psi. You would need to check the side of the current tire for the actual weight rating on it. Although the # AM10004 would fit your wheel, you would have a stiffer ride on your trailer due to the inc

  • How To Determine Tire Size Needed for 1987 Boat Trailer Wheels
  • If you measured the wheel diameter from the outer edge of one side to the outer edge of the other side and it was 9 inches, it is probably a 8 inch diameter wheel. Wheel diameters are measured from where the tires bead will be seated on the inside of the wheel. If it has 4 lugs it is a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern. I am including a short video that will show the how the measurements are taken on a wheel. The wheels I have that are 8 inches with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern will have a width of 3-3/4 inc

  • Can I Upgrade 18.5 Wheels to 20 Inch Wheels On 8x12 Triton Sled Trailer
  • There are three issues you will need to be aware of when changing wheel and tires on your 8x12 aluminum trailer. First, you will need to make sure the wheel and tires you upgrade to will be able to handle the weight capacity of your trailer. Second, you will need to make sure you have clearance. And finally, you want to make for certain what the bolt pattern is on your trailer. The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire w/ Wheel, part # AM3H490, has a 1,650 lb load capacity at 90 PSI. • What is the Best Way to Determine the Correct Bearings on a Snowmobile Trailer
  • The definitive way to determine the bearings needed for any trailer is to remove the hub and inspect the bearings. The bearing numbers will be stamped into the metal of the bearings. If you have a round axle and can determine the diameter of it, along with the wheel size, bolt pattern, and any other information you can provide, I may be able to determine what the correct bearings are. I have included a link to a video that might help if you decide to take the hub off.

If going with a taller and wider tire would not cause any clearance issues on the inside with the trailer or the fenders, this would be a good way to go You can see our available 5.70-8 tires by clicking on the link I provided.
